Fantastisch + Ik ben voor de tweede keer bij dit hotel gebleven. De personeel waren zo als elke keer heel aardig en behulpzaam vooral mevrouw Mehera. Wie weet kom ik volgende keer weer bij dit hotel 🫠

The price for it's location is great, but do not expect much from staff + Location and price are first privileges. Food is very good. − First day we arrived, I regreted for booking this hotel. We booked a nonsmoking room but were given smoking one. Worse, the towels in the room were not clean

+ Nothing − It was a junk yard with ripped leather stools Literally leather was hanging of then The fridges are broken The frames of the doors are broken The shower trays are overflowing The jacuzzi was burning hot with the temp of 35 degrees Centigrade The pool was tiny The opening times of the pool are ODD No one can use it in the day because it is on the roof top and It closes at 1900pm when the weather gets a bit better. The house keeping staff were rude unprofessional labelled customers as liars They donot clean bathrooms despite of repeated prompting The front officer manager was absolutely unprofessional rude I'll mannered promised us 20 percebt discount and then said because if booking.com site cannot process it She was manipulatibg the situation as per her own benefits The general manager didn't answer the phone First they put our phone lines dead and then ask us to wait for 40 minutes ti get an outside line and even after trying for 30 minutes The general manager didn't b…

Excellent. Service was excellent throughout. + Very clean. Very modern. Easy to get find. Very good breakfast. The whole team was brilliant especially Bikash who helped maintain our room. And Mohammed Ali hepled with our car and luggage. Thannnnk u to all staff. − Checking out took too long due to how busy they were on friday morning with new people checking in.
