    + Надеялись попасть в стандартые аппарты, которыми изобилует Батуми, но номер оказался выше наших усредненных ожиданий. В номере чисто, комфортно, исправно, просторно, есть всё необходимое, включая рабочий стол. А если чего-то не доставало, то менеджер Ирина своевременно отвечала на наши просьбы и помогала решать возникающие проблемы. Лифт ждать ни разу не пришлось, хотя это весьма распространенная проблема в местных высотках. Специально выбирал именно этот комплекс, так как он расположен вдали от основных достопримечтальностей и городского шума. При этом - первая линия, прямо на территории куча заведений, магазины, парк. − Единственный минус - очень твёрдый матрас. Возможно, для кого-то это, напротив, плюс, но только если этот кто-то обычно спит на камнях. Ведь я сам предпочитаю матрасы твёрже среднего, однако этот даже для меня оказался через чур.

    I will return there definitely. + The location is great. The property is almost on the beach, very nice views, very easy parking with direct lifts, it was very easy to coordinate with the keys, the owner provided detailed instructions. I asked to change the view and the host helped me to move into the other room. Rooms are very well equipped, there is everything and anything you need. Very good neighborhood, nice, atmospheric cafes, restaurants, beauty salon, shopping mall, etc. A very safe place, 24/7 security is all around. I highly recommend the apartment and the location. − My stay was too short, wanted to stay more:)

    + Хороший персонал, красивый вид, близко к морю и набережной. − Запах со свалки и канализации, когда ветер дует с аэропорта. Плесень в некоторых номерах и накурено, уличные дискотеки под окном. Матрац самый дешёвый, каждую пружину в нем вы будете ощущать своим телом.
