Great for location, friendly staff, very competitive prices but tired rooms. + Location is perfect for sightseeing, also well placed for an airport run. Terrace was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally cheap. − Room smelt of smoke and was very tired. It was clean, but fixtures were worn and lacked plug points that you would normally expect. Bathroom was cramped.

Great location and staff, wonderful view from the restaurant + I much prefer the annex which has been more recently renovated. The views from the restaurant over the city are fantastic. − The main hotel is classic old Georgian, if that is your preference.

Loved both of our stays at Hotel Kopala + We loved staying at Hotel Kopala for 4 nights across two visits. The staff are amazing, always super helpful, and the breakfasts have the best views as do the rooftop restaurant. Our room in the newly updated annex was incredible with an outdoor balcony where we watched the nighttime vibrance plus a TV room and a fresh bathroom and large king/queen bed. There are several ATMs and exchange offices nearby and a great restaurant WineCode nearby. − I must preferred the renovated annex over the original property.

We’ve loved our multiple stays at Hitel Kopala + I booked two rooms on our second visit to this property and the hotel kindly accommodated my request to have my friend’s room be near mine in the Annex, and we were both thrilled with our clean, fresh rooms. The staff are so lovely and helpful and the neighborhood is safe and easy to navigate. We were both thrilled to stay here! − Nothing

Kopala H otel + Very friendly staff especially the lady receptionist. She helped us plan our day sightseeing. We had front facing rooms overlooking the wonderful vista of Tbilisi − Some people might think the hotel is old fashioned, but I like the quirkyness. It is a matter of preference. Definitely the best situated hotel for panorama

− This hotel had the highest unit price for my stay in Tbilisi during this trip, but the actual experience was far from what was advertised online. The location, rooms, and services did not meet expectations. I had high expectations from the reviews before, but there was a noticeable gap after checking in. Overall, I was very disappointed and the cost-effectiveness was very low. I do not recommend this option.
