+ The room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is great. Only 10 min walk to the center. Very close to markets and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Highly recommended

+ Triple room was very spacious and comfortable.It was a quiet location , yet close to the market and the metro station . Breakfast was very good . Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful except Irakali , who was extremely helpful and gracious, knew fluent English.

Not the best hotel to stay at. + Room size was good and hotel was in good location for metro. We liked the fact that bottled water was replenished every day. The tall male receptionist was very helpful on getting someone to fix bathroom door handle and helping us with setting safe code. He was also helpful in speaking with our taxi driver and making sure the taxi was as we booked. (Sorry don’t know his name) − Breakfast was not good. Hot items were Luke warm at best. Toaster took about 15 minutes to toast one piece of bread. Milk was sour on one day. Fruit wasn’t that fresh and was already prepared and left uncovered, so that banana and apple turned brown. Coffee machine did not keep coffee hot and water for making tea was luke warm. The choices seemed geared for a Far Eastern clientele. We were in room 203 and although a good size its location meant you were constantly disturbed by people coming and going through the main entrance and letting front door slam. This continued unti…

Everything was perfect, the staff are friendly and approachable. The city view was amazing. + I was only able to have my breakfast on the last day. The coffee was fantastic. But the overall it's good. − I couldn't think of anything.
