+ Location, facilities and room size. Breakfast was also good with daily changes in the menu Special thanks to Razhdeni who from the first moment made us feel comfortable and upgraded our room. We had a small issue with laundry which he solved immediately. Throughout our stay, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable! He is truly a big asset for the hotel!

+ Location View − They gave me a junior suit but charged me for king suit. Which I have wanted Breakfast was not good not for a five star hotel for that price TV was not working the repair man came but did not fix it

+ Decent for what you pay. Spa was in renovation and mentioned nowhere during reservation. This hotel was specifically preferred to others for this reason. The staff was really unhelpful and offered no compensation of any type. Very disappointed for a hotel of these standards.

Unpleasant vacation − The room did not match the specifications on the hotel's website and as detailed in Booking.com. I took a family suite with a connecting door, and it was stated that the sofa in the living room could be converted into a double bed, but there was no such sofa. They brought me 2 uncomfortable pull-out beds, and the third child had to sleep with us and the parents. The window was not working properly and when it rained, it entered the bedroom. There were a lot of glitches and the vacation became unpleasant.
