Beautiful and relaxing. + The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Had an incredible view of the Mount Agung from the bathroom and the sunrise from the ocean from the balcony! − From the bedroom, the wifi was very unstable and did not work most of the time. Wifi was available from the beach front where reception was.

Pleasant + Bed was comfortable. Mountain view was okay − Shower wasn’t hot at all times. Service of rooms wasn’t consistent

Bad + Located directly on the beach − Difficult to find the entrance. Awful smell of feces on the first floor, rooms lack of maintanence and order. "Breakfast" i left untouched. Totally overated, skip it.

+ Bed linen was clean and it is located on the beach. − If you are travelling with a suitcase rather than a backpack, forget about staying here. To reach the property, you have to walk about 100 meters, first through a narrow passage between two buildings over uneven, old concrete, and then, after passing a pig enclosure, you have to drag your suitcase through sand. It was extremely inconvenient. Unlike every other place I stayed at during my trip, there was absolutely no communication before arrival. Most accommodations sent information by email or WhatsApp explaining how to find the reception, check in, and other important details. Here, there was no contact at all. Even worse, the phone number listed on Booking did not work. My taxi driver and I struggled to find the property and had no way of reaching anyone. By pure chance, there was a man near the beach side of the property. I don't even know if he was the owner, but without saying much, he handed me a room key. The only p…
