Beautiful villa but bad management + The villa itself is amazing and living and dining v spacious. The house is designed beautifully. Photos does not do it justice. − The lack of concierge and no one to greet and explain the function in the villa was a big disappointment and created many practical problems during our stay. eg. Hot water control of MBR bedroom is outside in another bathroom. During shower in MBR, twice water became icy cold because hot water supply was turned off by mistake. Driveway was not prepared well when we checked in and trapped car on driveway for 8 hours. All these problems were not responded well by the management.

+ 秋の紅葉シーズンに利用しました。 リビングルームには薪ストーブ、床暖が完備され、各部屋も床暖があったので暖かく過ごせました。キッチンも広く、作りながら、食べながら、楽しい時間を過ごせました。 ただ一点。 森の中なので仕方ないのかもしれませんが、カメムシ大量発生で、ブーンと天井を飛び回り下に落ちてきて虫嫌いな方にはオススメできません。こんなにも虫がいるなら事前に教えていただけたら…とも思いました。 ただ総合的にみても、カメムシがいてワイワイ出来たので楽しかったです。 素敵なステイでした。ありがとうございます！

Superb alpine lodge experience + Everything! Heated floors, the fireplace, the forest through all the huge windows. Lots of space, the staff were great, transfers and shuttles were super helpful. We loved it − Nothing!

非常に清潔で高級感はあります。 + ロケーションは抜群です。非日常感を味わえます。 室内も高級感があり、とても清潔で素晴らしいと思います。 − まず一つ目ですが、電子レンジがまともに使えませんでした。タッチパネルの反応が非常に悪く、ボタンを押しても正常のはんのうしてくれません。今まで他の方もこまったはずなんですが、みなさん放置していたのでしょうか。このホテルの人に連絡しようにも連絡先がわからなかったので、この場での連絡になってしまいました。 もう一つが、白馬といえど夏の最盛期は流石に暑いです。リビングにはエアコンがありますが、各部屋にはありません。年々暑くなっていってると思われるので、各部屋にもエアコンは必須ではないでしょうか。

とても良い思い出ができました！ + 大人数でもトイレお風呂が一ヶ所で無く数カ所でしたので！とても効率的で快適でした！又キッチンの設備が充実してました。 − 非日常の生活で無い良い一日が出来ましたので良く無かった点はありませんでした！
