+ Sehr gut gelegenes,ruhiges, komfortables Hotel in der Kalsa. Wenige Gehminuten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Abendbummel. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Pool zum Entspannen, Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse befriedigt auch Extrawünsche. Das Bett groß und bequem. Rundum ein empfehlenswertes Haus!

+ The staff were lovely. Laura on the front desk and Massimo (I think!) were great. Really helpful and friendly. It was very clean, good location, and stylish. − We had to move rooms during our stay which I understand was unavoidable but it is always annoying! Also the desk staff don’t start until 9am and twice I needed assistance before then!

Fantastic! + The most lovely staff. We were stuck due to air traffic being down in uk, we arrived and instantly staff were so kind, offered us some drinks and to relax. They were always smiling and chatty. Loved the pools especially the indoor hot tub in beautiful setting (an old tomato factory). Breakfast was delicious. Beds honestly so comfy. It was a little area of paradise made by the staff.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt + Gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal − Hellhörige Zimmer. Wenn jemand in der Nacht nach Hause kam hörte es sich an als ob die Person in unserem Zimmer war. Wir hatten das Zimmer unter der Frühsttücksterrasse, lautes "trampeln" dadurch in der früh ab 7:30.

Perfect place to relax from the busy town centre, lovely staff and pleasant space. + Great location with easy to access to everything but also very quiet, breakfasts were amazing and everyone was so helpful and lovely with great suggestions on where to go and eat.

Lovely hotel, with brilliant friendly staff. We will visit again. + The staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful. Lucas, Maria, Laura, Silvia, Salvo. Plus the breakfast staff on the roof terrace. They couldn't do enough for us. And everybody was so cheerful. It was close to a really good street food cafe (Chiluzzo), and a very good restaurant (Quid), both within 5-6 minutes walk. Breakfast was very good, really good choice of freshly made food, and their bakery selection was a great idea (order the day before and at no extra cost). Nice views from the roof terrace. We had a plentiful supply of water (naturale or frizzante) left in room. We used the jacuzzi almost every day, especially to relax if we had a busy day. It is about 15 minutes walk from Palermo Centrale station. And convenient for buses and trains. They organised a taxi to take us to the airport when we left. Wenn ich noch mal nach Palermo gehe würde ich wieder dort hingehen. + Es war sehr angenehm, sehr nettes Personal und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig.

Highly recommended for anyone staying in Palermo. + Great hotel, restored from a factory, pool is amazing and the staff are fantastic and will do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast on the roof is very nice and food is fresh. − Jack Daniels I asked for 😂. A bit of a joke, but if they can have a real Jack Daniels for whenever I come again.
