Neat and tidy, well stocked with all requirements from kitchen to entertainment. + The house was clean and tidy, the host left breakfast packets of Weetbix, bottle of wine etc (nice touch). Easy access to both premises and driveway. Nice seating out the front to enjoy the stillness of Broken Hill. − It is a pet friendly premises but the previous faeces in the front yard could have been cleaned up and the back lawn mowed prior to arrival.

Comfortable and great value. + Breakfast cereals, tea and coffee and milk plentiful. Biscuits and snacks great. − need for bath mat in bathroom and hand towel in laundry {as toilet located there next to laundry sink). Internet not working.

Homely Broken Hill stay - with lots of extras. + The little extras left by the hosts. The wine and snacks were greatly appreciated. House was well stocked with utensils / amenities − Heating was inconsistent across the house. Bedrooms were at all different levels

Overall good place just needs some updates and repairs to make it exceptional. + Good location with comfortable beds. − Water coming up through laundry floor. Squeaky water tap to bathroom sink, noisy clock in hallway, kitchen lights that didn’t fully work, running out of handwash in both toilet and bathroom, outdated bathroom facilities.

Comfortable stay. Really liked the renovations that have kept original features of the property. + Loved the decor in keeping with the era but modern comforts such as ducted heating, modern kitchen. Lots of DVDs, games, washing machine. The hosts were very responsive! Would stay there again. − Not all the lights in kitchen worked which made cooking a dim affair.

OVERALL HOUSE SUITED US ALL WHILST IN BH TO CLEAR OUT A RELATIVES HOUSE-GREAT BEDS & KITCHEN + The house had everything we needed for our week stay The generous goodies left for us to enjoy TV's in each room, all channels provided Great kitchen & laundry facilities Very comfortable beds enjoyed after each day of physical work at another property Good AC for heating − Bathroom outdated & needs modernising & loo was at the back of the house, in the laundry not near bedrooms Too many 'nik naks' artificial plants/flowers etc-would suggest a very good declutter The deteriorated blinds in the dining room especially 1 virtually ripped & laying on the floor Untidy yard needing some very much need TLC

Overall, we had a pleasant stay but if the backyard was mowed and cleaned, it would have been better + The house had everything we required, very comfortable and in a quiet location. − The backyard was not mowed or cleaned, which would have been great considering we had a dog.
