Ideal para visitar Santiago + El alojamiento es muy espacioso, con dos plantas, pequeño patio de entrada y terraza en la segunda planta, aunque, en nuestro caso en concreto, parecía más una oficina reconvertida en loft, nunca había visto tantos enchufes por metro cuadrado. Estaba en una zona nueva de Santiago, no demasiado alejada de la zona histórica y con autobuses a la vuelta de la esquina., sin problemas de aparcamiento en la calle, aunque el apartamento lleva incluido aparcamiento en la planta -3 del edificio. Si se quiere utilizar el coche , la mejor opción es dejarle en uno de los muchos parking que rodean a la zona monumental, tienen un precio razonable. Hay que destacar que aunque las comunicaciones con la empresa se hace por vía wasap, esta fue rapidísima y muy satisfactoria para la resolución de pequeñas cuestiones que se plantearon. − Solo tengo un detalle que desmerece en conjunto, la cama está en la planta superior y el baño está en la inferior, al lado de la puerta …

Alojamiento nuevo, cómodo y agradable, donde sin duda repetiría. + Muy bonito, nuevo y limpio. Además, pedimos poder entrar un poco antes de la hora del check-in porque estaba lloviendo, y nos lo facilitaron. También destacar, que el contacto con ellos fue rápido y directo. − Solo para tener en cuenta, si estás haciendo el Camino de Santiago y utilizas el servicio de transporte de equipaje, este alojamiento no admite la recepción de maletas enviadas por este servicio. Es importante saberlo con antelación para poder organizar la entrega del equipaje en otro punto de recogida.

Tutto ok , ma.. + Molto bella , abbastanza tutto nuovo e comodo anche se sei a 25 minuti a piedi dal centro ma comodo per il parcheggio se sei con un auto. − Poche pentole per cucinare , non c è le cose basi come olio o sale o qualche cialda in più per la colazione . Sopratutto quando si parla di soggiorni brevi. Scomodo il bagno al piano di sotto , e metterei qualche oggetto in più perché sembra molto minamal quasi da ansia 😅

+ El apartamento dispone de garaje en las plantas sótano, aunque hay mucho aparcamiento a pie de calle. − Se aprecia claramente que el apartamento era antiguamente una oficina, es un apartamento que para lo grande que es casi no tiene mobiliario. Las lamparas del apartamento no tenían bombilla y la comodidad de la cama y los cojines era cuestionable.

+ The location and the underground parking are good. Same can be said about the space. The bed is comfortable enough. There are a few restaurants and bar in the proximity of the apartment. We were granted an early check in which was nice. − The apartment could be maintained a bit better. The extractor fan in the bathroom (no window in it) doesn't work. There was no kitchen towels available in the apartment. Everything left for us was the bare minimum or less. We were there for 2 night (2 breakfast) but only 2 coffee pods were left for us. There were single use olive oil little pots, 2 sugar sachets and I do not remember what else. It would have been cheaper and less wasteful to leave a bottle of olive oil and a jar of sugar. The dishwasher top shelf had been taken off the rail and it was badly tilted so, it could not be used. The cleaning could have been better as there was some dust, stains and streiks left behind of a job done in a hurry.

Bonito departamento con un registro de check in INSOLITO + el apartamento está bien remodelado y la ubicación es buena − El servicio de registro es INEXPLICABLE. Primero me dan un link para el check in (que no funcionó) y dicen que 30 minutos antes de las 4PM me llegaría un mail con un código para ingresar. Yo pedí llegar una hora antes de las 4PM. Me respondieron a las 8PM ???. No importa. Finalmente, como no funcionó el link enviado alquien por whatsApp hizo el registro cuando ya estaba en la puerta del edificio. Me enviaron otro link para pagar un impuesto que si funcionó. Nunca me llegó el código por mail. Quien me atendió me dió el codigo para recoger la llave física y una clave para abrir la puerta. Tampoco funcionó la clave del dpto. Finalmente un señor que estaba ahí nos abrió y nos dijeron que era un técnico. Mucho procedimiento que no funciona y uno pierde mucho tiempo. Por otra parte, un bonito departamento pero con un colchón tipo colchoneta o colchón de camping. Muy incóm…
