Matera vale più di un weekend + Struttura comoda e adeguata sosta davanti la struttura, parcheggio sia gratuito che a pagamento vicino 100/300 metri. Colazione con prodotti genuini e freschi tipici, sia salati che dolci. Pippo un oste che da consigli e su richiesta gestisce le prenotazioni di tour ed escursioni, Consigliatissimo. La camera nr1 ampia con un ottimo letto, il bagno completo con doccia grande. Tutto molto pulito.

Qunado l'accoglienza è una dedizione + Posizione strategica, lontano dal caos turistico ma vicino ad una delle porte di accesso ai sassi, la camera moderna, pulita ed accogliente è stata ricavata da una grotta di tufo. Il signor Pippo sa come accogliere i suoi clienti, ci ha fornito tutte le info di cui avevamo bisogno con tanto di link per raggiungere i luoghi che cercavamo. Ci siamo fidati di lui anche per la colazione tipica e abbiamo fatto bene, una carrellata di specialità materane dolci e salate. Unico rimpianto non aver prenotato un giorno in più per visitare il parco della Murgia. Dunque...torneremo!

Wir würden gerne nochmal die Wohnung mieten. + Das Zimmer war sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und ganz nah am Zentrum. Das Frühstück mit leckeren Spezialitäten von Matera (Brot, Käsesorten, Kuchen) alles mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Und der liebevoller und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Pippo, der Vermieter. Wir sind nach Matera mit dem Bus angekommen und wurden von ihm mit dem Auto abgeholt damit wir mit dem Rucksäcken nicht laufen müssten. Dankeschön − -

soggiorno rilassante e pieno di cultura + ho soggiornato una notte presso Lamia, sono stata davvero contenta: l'host Pippo ci ha accolto in maniera meravigliosa, sempre disponibile, ci ha aiutato in tutto, ci siamo sentiti in famiglia. Il posto è caratteristico, anche se moderno e confortevole, la camera scelta pulita, di giuste dimensioni, confortevole, letto comodissimo. Inoltre la posizione era eccellente, colazione abbondante e ottima. Siamo stati benissimo, torneremo volentieri! − nulla

+ Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal hier und es war wieder einmal wunderschön. Pippo ist der beste Gastgeber, den man dich vorstellen kann, ein Herzensmensch. Er betreibt das kleine Hotel mit so viel Herz, jedes der 4 Zimmer ist individuell und bezaubernd. Das Frühstück wird mit ganz viel Liebe von Pippo selbst zubereitet und mit den besten lokalen Spezialitäten bestückt. Die Altstadt von Matera ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt und in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die perfekte Lage für einen Kurzurlaub. Lieber Pippo, nochmals herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, top sauber, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – absolut empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt i + Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Pippo hat sich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam um uns gekümmert. Der Empfang war herzlich und er hat uns sogar die besten Parkmöglichkeiten gezeigt. Die gesamte Abwicklung – von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise – war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. − Es gab für uns nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden. Für eine Übernachtung in Matera war alles bestens.

The ideal Matera stay. + Fantastic location 5 mins walk from the central locations. There is no parking but you should be aware of that when booking and Pippo the host (who is fantastic) will give you recommendations. The room is clean and modern and it is good value for money. Very novel staying in the cave room which was a good experience. − Nothing.
