+ It's average for comfort.no cable tv but with good wifi.good location friendly staff but facilities not so good

+ Dirty and stain sheets. We have to ask them to changed it. We ask for a non smoking room but the room smells really smokey. Disappointed.

Need a refund. + Can I have a refund. The hotel said they emailed you that they do not anymore accept on line reservation prior to my confirmation of reservation. This they told me on the day of check in. In the end, me and my family had to find another hotel.

Less than expected + Front desk service was good. Daily maid service for changing towels or taking trash out wasnt done and later found out its only on request. Bathrooms had a foul oder that wouldn't go away even leaving windows open didn't help.
