+ La douche extérieure que j'adore, les prises et les lumières qui fonctionnent, 2 jeunes sympathiques et très serviables, la bonbonne d'eau pour se rincer, la bouteille d'eau en arrivant, la bouilloire avec du café à dispo, le balcon avec hamac, le petit dej (pancake + café). La chambre est propre. L'emplacement près du port, de la plage et des restos, tout en étant au calme. J'ai passé 3 jours très agréables et relax. Terima kasih 🙏

+ On a beaucoup aimer loger ici, le personnel est à l’écoute, serviable et très accueillant, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :) − Malheureusement nous n’avons pas été mise au courant concernant l’eau de la douche qui étaient froide et apparemment d’autre bungalow avait eux de l’eau chaude… cependant ça reste un très bon logement:)

+ Le personnel est accueillant. L'endroit est très agréable, tout près de la plage. C'est très calme de jour comme de nuit. On peut louer des vélos dans l'hôtel et le petit déjeuner est très bon. − Rien à dire de négatif à propos de cet hébergement. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Je te recommande chaleureusement.

Super séjour + À 100m de l embarcadère , on peut se baigner devant la plage , vie locale arrivée des bateaux , personnel très aidant pour location de vélo journée snorkeling, petit resto très bien à côté ( le 1er à gauche de l embarcadère, famille très sympa) Bungalow à la cool pas de grand standing comme toute l île de Gili Meno c est ce qu on cherche ! Ce côté de l île est plus sauvage: facile d aller a pied ou en velo de l autre cote de l ile ou il y a plus restos et Snorkeling ) douche d eau salé se rincer avec un bidon fourni !

+ Posizione vicina al porto. Giardino interno molto curato e tranquillo. Camera pulita. − Doccia e lavandino con acqua salata. Viene fornita acqua dolce ma va versata e travasata da un boccione a un catino per potersi poi sciacquare. Fattibile ma non proprio comodo. Colazione non con vista mare, a differenza di quanto dicono le recensioni, ma comunque in un contesto molto tranquillo.

Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider nicht + Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut und direkt am Hafen. Das Zimmer war groß und hell und sauber. Wir hatten ein Moskitonetz. − Leider haben wir erst beim einchecken bemerkt, dass wir keine richtige Dusche haben, sondern nur ein Eimer und ein Plastikkanister mit Trinkwasser. Aus der Dusche und aus dem Wasserhahn kam nur Salzwasser raus. Für den Preis erwartet man schon eine normale Dusche oder zumindest ein normales Waschbecken, da das Wasser im Kanister kalt ist. Die Handtücher, die wir bekommen hatten waren nicht ganz sauber und hatten mehrere braune Flecken. Das Toast Brot, was es zum Frühstück gab, musste ich wieder rausspucken, da es sehr merkwürdig und schimmelig geschmeckt hat, weshalb wir dort nicht mehr gefrühstückt haben. Den Teppich im Zimmer kann man ohne Schuhen nicht betreten, da er an den Füßen richtig wehtut

+ Emplacement idéal, à 5min du port à pied (très pratique), plage à 50m, personnel très agréable qui fait le maximum pour les clients. Climatisation dans les bungalows. Pas de restaurants à proximité dont un très sympa face à la plage tout de suite à gauche en sortant de l'hôtel. − Pas de douche chaude, l'eau du robinet et de la douche est de l'eau salée et on vous fournit des grosses bouteilles d'eau de pluie pour se rincer. Petit déjeuner très léger (au choix pancakes ou oeufs puis café ou thé avec quelques morceaux d'ananas fraichement coupés dans une assiette).

− We arrived at the property, and they said they were fully booked. Instead of giving us back the money we paid, they tried to arrange another room in another property, just saying, "It's bigger". We checked the price on booking.com, and the second room was half the price we paid for the original one. At that time, having little time on the island, we didn't have time to complain about it (our mistake), but later, when we tried to get a partial refund, they refused to give it to us. The second room had bad-smelling water and was awful compared to the one we booked. Cannot say anything nice about this place.
