Lets be fair + The room is nice, just take note, i had room number 5 and does not have privet balcony, the others have it. Some good restaurants and convinced shops close by. Hot water and pressure very good, TV i not watch it but there is also a fridge, kettle and small kitchen. And i could park my car in front. This appartment have a low score on cleanliness but i found it spotles and the bed is comftebel and the staf take care. − Obviously the front rooms are direct to the street so its a bit noicy, for this all is in walking distance. The stair is mabye a bit steep but i did not find it a issue. The price is also cheap for what you get

Great layout, uncomfortable cleaning standards + The layout of the apartment is very practically designed. The AC is very effective downstairs, even though it didn’t really reach the bed floor; the fact that includes a washing machine is great, and the location is amazing. It is a bigger place than several other options in the island. − I think that on this price point guests shouldn’t have humidity stains on the fridge door, leave the wardrobe doors open due to humidity stains and smell inside. All things considered, we enjoyed the space fullness and privacy the apartment grants, but I think it’s due some general maintenance.

i was not really enjoy and not as per recommended during booking which were asking for not noisy + location and restaurants around that easy to get food − location area not bad but unfortunately it was so noisy and difficult to sleep well at the night. the facilities were to old including kitchen sheets, windows and others. suggested to have maintenance and having room soundproofing.

サヌールの端だけど意外と楽しめる + 立地が良い。スタッフが親切で掃除が丁寧。テレビでYouTubeが見れる。 − ベランダがないので開放感がない、窓が固くて開けづらい、道路に面してるのでバイクの音がうるさい、ソファがへたっててすわりにくい。

I wouldn’t mind staying here again, but it would be nice if they touched up the place + The location, facilities and the staff. You have everything you need and its close to restaurants and minimart − The place is outdated and you can hear the noise from the street as well :(

Horrible no lo recomiendo para nada no hay recpcion estas solo el bariio es inseguro y ruidosO + El departamento tipo estudio no coincide en absoluto con las fotografías publicadas en Booking. Me hospedé en el dpto. Nº 5 y estaba extremadamente sucio, especialmente el baño y la cocina. Los utensilios estaban sucios, los muebles muy viejos y en pésimo estado, y el sofá impresentable por la suciedad. Al momento de mi llegada le manifesté a la persona que me recibió que el lugar no correspondía para nada con lo que había pagado. Al día siguiente tuve que salir a buscar otro alojamiento para trasladarme. La ducha era un asco. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO. Espero la devolución total de mi dinero. An ok place to stay for short period + Great location and could have lots of potential, very nice and helpful staff − Needs a lot of TLC, mold in bathroom, the cover on the couch was extremely dirty, smell of cigarette smoke from staff smoking in alley way leading to room
