+ Aside from the exceptional location, the staff were incredibly friendly and understanding. They were prompt with urgent requests and polite. I actually like the room settings too. Plus the rate were very decent for my one week stay with my family. − Just the general noise pollution from the surrounding area early in the morning. For the bathroom situation, the shower curtains could do with a little trim as it was dragging on the floor.

Nice and memorable + Location of the property is at the best place, staff are very nice and good workers. − Rooms are not sound proof.. TV sound, child crying sound from the next rooms and sound of the workers from the next building were very irritating.

I was disappointed with the behavior and attitude of the staff member who was on duty that morning. + Area only − On 12th August, I reached the hotel at around 6:00 AM and asked about the possibility of an early check-in. The staff member who was on duty at that time initially told me that early check-in was possible. However, when I asked about the charges, I was informed that I would have to pay the full-day room rate. I have stayed at several other Olive hotels in Bangalore before, and they usually charge only a half-day rate for early check-in. In this case, however, the staff member told me that no room was available and asked me to leave. I was disappointed with the behavior and attitude of the staff member who was on duty that morning. The way I was treated was not professional and did not match the level of service I have experienced at other Olive properties.

+ Location − The room was in poor condition. There was a bad smell in both the room and the washroom, and the overall condition of the room was old and poorly maintained.
