Lovely quiet spot in-between lots of activity. + Nice room and facilities. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant host. − TV came on by itself at 6AM and woke me up. Not entirely sure why.

Absolutely perfect if you want to get away from it all as it’s a peaceful haven with so much a short drive away eg st be + Clean very clean and host provided all those little extras eg tooth floss,needle thread ,cotton wool loads towels &the breakfast was excellent also host couldn’t do enough for you very accommodating − A bit remote (however perfect if you want peace very peaceful)

+ Jo, the host was lovely. Breakfast was great pleanty of choice. Room had everything needed. Would happily book to stay again. − The bed was a bit soft for me. But I suppose you can never with this.

Lovely B&B + We spent two nights at Dale View and had a lovely time. We were made very welcome by Jo. Our room was very comfortable, Hospitality tray was excellent and the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries etc. Cooked breakfast was lovely and there was a great choice on offer. Thank you Jo for making us so welcome. Next time we are back in Cumbria, we will definitely return to Dale View! − N/A

Exceptional felt right at home. + Amazing property located in a very nice area. Jo was very welcoming and accommodating she was so lovely. I felt right at home the twin beds were amazing and very comfortable. There were also free amenities such as coffee and tea which was so nice to include. Jo is a lovely host and even gave suggestions on where to visit and eat which was amazing as we didn’t know the area. I honestly couldn’t recommend this property enough and would definitely stay again!

Hervorragend + Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und ein hervorragendes Zimmer. Die Ausstattung in dem Zimmer übertraf meine Erwartungen und das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war super. Ich würde hier definitiv noch einmal übernachten.

Angenehme Unterkunft mit kleinem Mangel + Gutes Frühstück; Lage etwas ausserhalb, Parkplatz in einer etwas unübersichtlichen Kurve. − Im Zweibettzimmer war der Waschtisch nicht gereinigt (dreckig und Haare!; Reinigung wurde schlicht vergessen).
