虫問題がなければ最高 + プールとかはついていませんが、リーズナブルに滞在するには、十分。間取りがオシャレでとても良かった。 ６人で滞在しましたが、お風呂もトイレも2つでジジババと分かれて使えて混む事がなく、とても過ごしやすかった。 スタッフの対応もとても親切で良かったです。 − 他の口コミにもありましたが、アリとゴキブリが多い。虫が苦手な人は絶対に無理です。朝起きたら身体にアリが数匹ついている。(小さいアリ) キッチンのコップにゴキブリが入っている。(小さいタイプ) 口コミでこの話しは聞いていたので、近くのダイソーで紙皿や紙コップ買いました。 アリはどうやら洗面台のうらの棚に隙間がありそこから多く湧いてでてくる。殺しても朝起きたらどんどん出てきてキリがないくらい。虫以外は最高なのでもったいない。 改善してくれたらいいのに、、と思いますが、仕方ないのかも。虫くらい仕方ないと思って宿泊してみてください。

− お風呂とトイレが二つあって２家族の滞在に最適！冷蔵庫も大きい。浴室乾燥はあったが、乾燥機があればもっと良かったなあ！

快適 + ロケーションは、よかったです。徒歩圏内にレストランや繁華街、パイナガマビーチもありました。 家にもお風呂、洗面台、トイレが二つづつあり、部屋の広さも十分でした （5人で宿泊）。 ちょうど隣にレンタカーがあり、そこで借りて、返すときは無料の空港送迎があり、チェックアウト後に徒歩で荷物をレンタカー店に預けて出れたので便利でした。しかもコインラインドリーもあり、たくさん洗濯物があったときは便利でした。 − 洗剤が１回ずつ使うようになってたので、すぐに足りなくなって（家族5人分の服と水着、ビーチタオルを洗濯するから）、結局スプレータイプを買いました。フロントに行けば貰えたんですが、買った方が、量があるので便利だったので。洗剤をもうちょっと常備してあった方がいいかな。 鍵の磁気（？）が弱く、すぐに空いたりなかなか開かずに苦戦する時もありました。
