Excellent overnight stay in clean, comfortable rooms in a great location. + Location is very good, being a short walk to the historic centre. Room is absolutely fine, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was a little limited in selection but it did have everything we normally look for. Both the staff members we met were very friendly and helpful. Indeed they were very good in answering my questions about parking before we arrived. They allowed us to use the parking garage(charges apply) before check-in and after check-out, which was very much appreciated and helped us to explore Matera even more. − Only issue we had was the shower drain was partially blocked which led to water getting onto the bathroom floor. We spoke to the member of staff who very quickly apologised, dried the floor and offered us the option to use the shower facilities in the room next to ours. A great response to something that can happen anywhere.

Une excellente adresse pour visiter Matera + Très bonne literie Chambre très spacieuse,très propre, lumineuse et avec une très bonne climatisation. Très bon emplacement pour visiter Matera à pied. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue gratuitement. Très bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande ++++

The perfect find in Matera + It was perfect and exactly what we were after. Minutes walk outside of the old town of Matera, this meant that we easily could drive up to the hotel and avoid lugging out suitcase through the city. The views of the canyon were out of this world - absolutely stunning. We booked the apartment for some extra space as a couple; the air con was excellent, as was the Internet, the shower had great pressure and the view from the bed of the canyon was worth every penny. We managed to very luckily get a free car park on the street out front of the hotel, but their own car park was ready for us to use if not. The staff were wonderful and thoughtful. Breakfast was nice, although the gorgeous breakfast room is bathed in sun in the morning, so it is quite a choice to still eat out there rather than inside. Overall this was perfect, we loved Matera and we loved Casa Festa Rooms. I would and will recommend it to everyone. − The terrace was in the sun I the afternoon and …

+ The location of the property was great, very close to the opening of the sassi. It is also outside the ZTL zone which made dropping off luggage easy. The staff were amazing. We were delayed at the airport and the staff set everything up for a late check-in, including very clear instructions on how to access the room after hours. The room was great, very comfortable and Agnese was very sweet. The breakfast was great. Overall, it was a short stay but we enjoyed it — thank you!!

Prima verblijf; aanbevolen. + Erg leuk BNB met prima ligging voor bezoek aan de Stassi. Vriendelijk personeel, goede private garage tegen meerprijs, maar goed geregeld! − De kamer was wat klein, de airco was te koud liet zich niet zo makkelijk aanpassen. Warm water om te douchen duurt lang. Maar allemaal op te lossen dus. De kamer zelf heeft geen balkon.

+ Very good location. Parking can be rented. Staff gave us a city map and showed tourist route. − Television during breakfast was a bit loud/unnecessary, especially because the space was already a bit tight.

Buena !! + La ubicación, no está dentro del centro histórico,pero caminando a 6 minutos por callecitas muy lindas !! Baño pequeño pero muy bien hecho !!, tenía de todo, solo le faltaba secador de pelo . La habitación muy bien climatizada , camas cómodas y almohadas también !! Nos dejaron entrar antes del checkin a pesar que dicen que empieza a las 15 hrs ., todo muy tecnológico. Desayuno bueno , podría mejorar los jugos. No tiene ascensor, hay piezas en el prime piso Al segundo hay que subiera escaleras . Se nota que el arquitecto que remodeló se preocupó de cada detalle . Tiene un parking pagado a 200 mts que es cerrado , se paga 20 euros diarios , está en la misma calle del hotel , muy cerca , vale la pena pagarlo , porque los que están en la calle siempre están ocupados . Nosotros lo reservamos antes con el hotel . Solo caben 5 autos − Podrían mejorar el desayuno

Beautiful property. + The location, the decor, and newness and cleanliness. I was in the Antonette room and my friends’ room, the Maria, was much nicer and bigger with a view of the canyon. − A bit of road noise in the room I was staying in.

Great value for the price + The hotel is located just outside the croweded area, but only couple of minutes from the center. The view on the canyon is stunning ! The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable and not noisy. The parking provided is great. We tried the restaurants recommendations, they were amazing !
