Không đáng − Không ai có mặt ở lễ tân để nhận phòng, gọi 4-5 lần, đợi tầm 20-30 phút mới có người đến. Cơ sở vật chất cũ kỹ, phòng không được sửa sang, cục xà phòng khách cũ xài vẫn còn nguyên kèm bao bì trong toilet, khăn tắm bẩn, dính đốm vàng đỏ không biết từ đâu ra, không dám xài. Điều khiển điều hoà hư, bấm hoài bấm hoài không nhảy. Khoá cửa chính, bất tiện đi lại. Hồ Tràm làm du lịch nghèo nàn quá.
