+ We had 2 rooms for 4 nights. These are close to the end of the building where the electric generator is stored. The night we were there, the electric generator kicked in every 15 to 30 minutes due the very frequent electricity cutoffs. We could not handle the noise for the whole night and just gave up the 2 rooms we booked without refund! The furniture in the living room has kind of run down and there are big stains on the sofa. Will not recommend and won't be back to this property for sure.

Good + We feel very comfortable to stay at kosmos apt hotel, not only their cleanliness but also their customer service. In addition, we were able to cook good meal in the room whenever we have not felt to eat out.
