not too good + The food is okay. − The manager, the chef and his team came out to do interviews with customers. This interrupts us and spoil our mood to enjoy the food. Please do this after the customers left the restaurant.

Disappointing experience + Good location − Very disappointed the see the condition of the rooms and hotel amenities. Very run down. Dusty bedsheets. This is not a 4star hotel. Breakfast variety is very ok.

Decided to move out + Nothing − Hotel is bad. Moss everywhere. Room smells. Even hallways is deterioting. Dodgy looking. No even front desk after 11pm

Upgrade the facility of the hotel + Good value for money − The water heater wasn’t working, so there was no hot water during my stay. The blanket was torn and not replaced. The poolside floor is peeling, and overall cleanliness and hygiene could be improved. Hope the management can look into these issues.
