I did not like the property at all + Nothing − The property was not clean, compared to what I’ve seen in the pictures, the property is not well maintained

Lovely comfortable modern unit. + Clean and neat , comfortable beds, lovely patio with braai. − we appreciated the convenience of an inverter system however as it was situated in the bedroom , the incessant flashing of the lights were next level annoying at night. We ended up moving to the other bedroom for the second night. A suggestion would be to install some kind of unit to house the inverter. Also I choose this accommodation due to the fact that it had aircon, which it does, but not in the bedrooms.

Peaceful, the staff were friendly and helpful. Coming back for my bridal shower + Peaceful environment, friendly staff, easily accessible − Insects and spiders in the house but it is in the bush and not everything can be controlled.

It's really a nice place I would recommend it, we really had fun. + It's family friendly and peaceful. They had all the kitchen utensils and also the swimming pool area was nice and decorated for Christmas. Also loved the Wi-Fi it was very convenient and the braai stand came handy. We also loved the smart TV the kids enjoyed watching their stuff on YouTube. − The pool is too small and also the fact that if we don't pay for cleaning service, they don't clean and change the bedding, instead they should rather give us cleaning supplies so we can clean for ourselves rather than staying in a dirty place until we leave, because already we have spent a lot on accommodation ,fuel and food, clothes for the kids, then on top of that we have to pay for cleaning services.

Lovely quiet place in a lovely bush setting. + Lovely quiet restful place in the bush with all the comforts we needed. The host sent us all the information we needed before arriving. Loved the patio. − Just the pillows were a bit bouncy, but we liked everything about this place

Very quite bush experience + The quietness and the serenity of the bushveld. We enjoy the pool on a hot summer day. The unit was fitted with all the utensils to self catering . We had 4 fans which was very handy. The bedrooms windows are fitted with mosquito net . Everything was exactly as advertised in the website. − Nothing

Route 40 Excellent Visit + The stay was most definitely worth it. Our booking was upgraded at no extra cost by Christiena, and we had the best rest on our holiday. The estate is also full of animals roaming around the perimeter. Route 40 was also equipped with some books to learn more about the area, animals, and birds. − The one and only thing we would've liked was to have the opportunity to let day visitors visit us.

fantastic, clean , with all necess cutlery and the even offered coffee, milk and fresh water + Beauty was waiting for us and was friendly and helpful, all was well, the Route 40 is in convenient location and perfect relaxing, private and quiet holiday chalets − nothing
