A very enjoyable stay again + Love this bungalow. Home from home. We always use this holiday let when visiting friends and family. The owners have thought of everything and it is always spotlessly clean. Really appreciate the welcome gifts milk, orange juice, biscuits, tea and coffee − The only issue would be parking if you had a large vehicle but as we have a medium sized car it’s never a problem. A security light at the rear would be an advantage for any visitors with dogs

Very homely and the perfect place to stay for Sherwood Forest + Location was so peaceful and the property had everything we needed. Super homely and the bed were so comfy! − Nothing

Beautiful, homely bungalow, great base for exploring! + Immaculate bungalow furnished to high standards. Very quiet village, small pub few minutes walk away. Fans in both bedrooms, great in the heatwave. Lovely touch welcome pack-wine , biscuits, milk and juice aswell as tea/ coffee/ sugar, toiletries...and everything you would use to cook at home! Hosts very nice and on hand if needed! Great base for visiting Sherwood Forest/Edwinstowe ( 10 mins) and lots of other lovely forests/ parks and walks! Short drive to Ollerton for takeaways/ shops etc! We will be back, maybe with the dog as this place is ideal. − Tbh if I was realy really picky, maybe some new garden seating but I know the owners are just working through refurbing the garden so maybe getting to this! It's still usable and nice to sit in aswell as the conservatory.

This was the perfect getaway for our small family: Clean, modern and comfortable + The property was decorated and furnished to a high standard, it was very clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The garden area was completely secure which was perfect for our toddler and would have been perfect for our dog who didn’t end up coming with us. There was a lovely little pub/restaurant within a couple of minutes walk, as well as a drinking pub nearby which we didn’t use. − There was nothing we didn’t like, however the area was a very quiet residential area with not many walkable facilities which wouldn’t suit some people

A great place + We were only staying 1 night for a local wedding, which made the location great for us. The house and how it was set out was lovely and we would have happily stayed for more days. Even the fact that milk, juice and biscuits were provided was a lovely touch. − Some of the locks for the gates were a bit fiddly but a minor point that was easily overcome.

Perfect comfortable stay for our young family - a little hidden gem! + Perfect stay for our us and our children attending a a family wedding locally. A little hidden gem which saved us from being stuck in one hotel room all together. A lovely touch from the owners with the extras left on arrival and their welcome/info booklet which was lovely to get to know the owners background & all info inside came in handy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. − Only thing - no full length mirror otherwise I couldn’t fault the place.
