Bullied & Cheated + That nothing worse than theft was done to us by The Towers Hotel in Osaka. − All the rooms were nasty full of dust everywhere. We were scammed by the staff & owner who guaranteed us a refund. It turns out, it was a trick. The staff called his boss, got the okay for us to leave two days early without having to pay for those last which we were not staying. The employee even submitted the "refund request" through my phone on Booking.com, assuring us he'd accept it right away & we'd be refunded, & so we left. This is the only reason we left early. They then deny the request two days later. They then ignor all of our messages when they always responded before. This a sketchy place & incredibly unclean, even by American standards. This place would be shut down in America based on health hazard alone, not to mention the criminal activity perpetrated. This being Japan, you expect much higher standards than America!
