+ Good location - walkable distance from the city centre. Nice views. Great having a terrace overlooking the valley. Breakfast was perfect! There were not only sweets, what we really appreciated. The owner was there ready to help with whatever you need. − Parking a car was a bit tricky at the end, as the nearest payed parking was full after we arrived.

마테라 방문 시 강력 추천합니다. + 이번 은퇴여행에서 마테라를 포함시켰던 것은 정말 신의 한수이었습니다. 따뜻하게 맞이해 주신 사장님은 너무나 정겹고 에너지가 넘치는 분이었어요. 숙소는 다소 조용한 위치에 있어 오히려 좋았으며, 숙소에서 바라보는 마테라 계곡의 전경은 심신의 피로를 치료해주는 완벽한 장소였어요. 보름달을 바라보며 테라스에서 편안한 휴식이 가능했고, 아침에는 계곡 위로 떠오르는 해돋이를 볼 수 있습니다. 아침 조식은 정성과 맛이 가득하여 기다려지는 시간이었어요. 사장님은 마테라 관광에 필요한 모든 정보를 설명해 주셨고, 이는 마테라를 이해하는데 엄청 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 이태리 남부 여행에서 마테라는 꼭 포함시켜야 합니다. 다시한번 사장님의 열정과 도움에 진심으로 감사드립니다. − 이 호텔에서 아쉬운 점을 찾는 것은 불가능합니다.

Tantissime informazioni utili durante il nostro soggiorno. Da consigliare. − Non molto. Ne abbiamo parlato anche al proprietario. Dato che la stanza delle colazioni è un po' ridotta di dimensioni, sarebbe meglio anticipare l'inizio del breakfast in modo da limitare al massimo la calca. Insomma, ci si presentava tutti insieme alle 8.30. Più che un difetto è un consiglio per fare stare al meglio l'ospite.

I would thoroughly recommend it and would happily stay again if in Matera + Owner very friendly and extremely helpful with places to visit - location great as away from congested tourist area and great views - very clean and comfortable. Parking was very close and convenient (30 euros for 2 days) − Breakfast area bit congested could have done with a fan as hot or open the door to eating area

Absolutely everything was perfect: the cozy room, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the delicious, hearty breakfasts. And what a view! But what we valued most of all, was the attentiveness, understanding, and genuine care shown by the host of this wonderful home. Muy buena opción para conocer Matera + Está muy bien situado. Hay un agradable paseo desde el alojamiento hasta el centro de Matera. Las vistas son espectaculares e igual que toda la ciudad, tiene mucho encanto. Todo estaba muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno también está bien, tiene de todo un poco. Y el propietario, Martino, es una persona encantadora que te ayuda y aconseja en todo lo que puedas necesitar. − Nuestra habitación daba al comedor de la estancia donde se sirve el desayuno, así que, a partir de las 8:30 horas se escuchaba todo. En cualquier caso, creo que eso sólo pasaba en nuestra habitación porque era la única que estaba situada en esa zona, así que imagino que cualquier otra habitación no tiene este inconveniente.

Un soggiorno indimenticabile! + Abbiamo soggiornato presso Stanza delle Acque per due notti, iniziando proprio da Matera il nostro viaggio prima di proseguire verso la Puglia. L’idea iniziale era dedicare a Matera soltanto due giorni, ma alla fine, una volta tornati a casa, ci siamo resi conto che proprio questi due giorni a Matera sono stati la parte più bella di tutta la vacanza. La stanza è davvero splendida, con accesso privato a un piccolo giardino e una vista mozzafiato. È difficile descrivere a parole l’atmosfera di questo posto: è una di quelle esperienze che bisogna vivere. La stanza è fresca, rilassante e curata in ogni dettaglio, e l’idromassaggio è perfetto per concedersi un momento di relax dopo una giornata alla scoperta di Matera. Ma la vera differenza l’ha fatta Martino, il proprietario. È stato sempre presente e attentissimo, consigliandoci ogni giorno cosa vedere, dove andare e quali posti non perdere. Die Räume sind wunderschön, authentisch und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – genau die richtige Atmosphäre, um die einzigartige Geschichte Materas zu erleben. Unser Gastgeber war ausgesprochen herzlich und hat uns viel über die Stadt und ihre beiden historischen Viertel erzählt. Dadurch konnten wir Matera noch einmal mit ganz anderen Augen entdecken. Auch die Lage war ideal, um durch die Gassen zu schlendern und die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Für uns war diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft der perfekte Abschluss einer wunderschönen Reise durch Apulien und Matera. Der beste Platz um in Apulien einzutauchen + Martino macht Matera lebendig. Mit seiner einfühlsamen und ruhigen Art erklärt er in italienischen mit Hilfe der Übersetzungsapp die Hintergründe. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch und obwohl es nur wenige Gehminuten von dem berühmten und bevölkerten Stadtteilen entfernt ist, tankt man hier in dieser alten Gerberei Ruhe und Geborgenheit.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in Matera + Unser Aufenthalt bei Martino in Matera war einfach wunderschön! Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, und eine Parkgarage befindet sich gleich um die Ecke. Besonders begeistert hat uns die wunderschöne Terrasse mit ihrem traumhaften Blick ins Tal. Aber was unseren Aufenthalt wirklich so besonders gemacht hat, war Martino selbst. Er kümmert sich mit viel Herzlichkeit und persönlicher Aufmerksamkeit um jeden einzelnen Gast und hat uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps dabei geholfen, Matera ganz besonders zu erleben. Auch das Frühstück, welches Martino für uns vorbereitet hat, war köstlich, vor allem das frische Brot war ein Highlight! Leider war unser Aufenthalt viel zu kurz. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Wenn wir wiederkommen, dann mit mehr Zeit und natürlich wieder bei Martino.
