+ Very modern, close to the city centre! − It had an open shower, which was a bit awkward. The floor got very wet and was a bit slippery. A mop was provided, but it might be worth looking into options to prevent it.

+ A központban volt közel elérhető minden − Konyha volt csak nagyon szegény volt a felszerelés, szerencsére nem volt szükség főzni,mert ha kellett volna ,még vízforraló is hiányzott,amire persze nagyon szükséges lett volna

Luxurious stay in Satu Mare + Everything! The apartment is a genuine apartment with all the amenities. It is spacious and remarkably comfortable. The person who was in charge of the decoration really had the guest in mind and did a magnificent job. The apartment feels like a palace when the door first opens. It is located close to everything in Satu Mare in a quiet leafy street. The common spaces in the building are really pretty and there is a balcony in the kitchen. It is impossible to wish for a better experience.

Locație cu amendă BONUS + Faptul că apartamentul este spațios. − Lipsa unui loc de parcare garantat în curte. Am stat trei nopți și de fiecare dată toate locurile erau ocupate, iar ca bonus Luni dimineață am primit și amendă pentru parcarea în fața casei. În lipsa unui marcaj de culoare albastră ( specific locurilor cu plată ) gazda nu ne-a prevenit că locurile de parcare din față sunt cu plată de Luni până Vineri. Gazda ne-a trimis un mesaj cu o mulțime de reguli de respectat, dar nici un cuvânt despre lipsa locurilor de parcare din curte și faptul că locurile de parcare din fața casei sunt CU PLATĂ. Mulțimea de furnici din tot apartamentul. Lătratul câinilor din curte....tocmai când ai vrea să te odihnești. Bucătăria foarte prost dotată și utilată. Lipsa câtorva grame de cafea sau de ceai. CATEGORIC NU RECOMAND ACEASTĂ LOCAȚIE !!!

Polecam + Podobał się mi wystrój pomieszczeń, ślicznie urządzony apartament. Dość dobry dojazd i prywatne miejsce parkingowe poza ulicą to duży plus. Na piechotę do sklepu typu Kaufland lub dojść do centrum bez problemu- świetna lokalizacja. − Jakby ktoś chciał coś przygotować do jedzenia to brakuje talerzy lub nawet czajnika by zagotować wodę. Jest otwieracz do wina więc plus haha. No ale przydało by się trochę talerzy

+ Amplasat aproape de centru, apartamentul ne-a oferit posibilitatea de a vizita orașul fara stresul traficului Geamurile amplasate către curtea interioara, departe de bulevarde aglomerate − 1. Curățenia la baie nu a fost cea mai buna 2. La parter este un salon de înfrumusețare. Sâmbătă dimineață la ora 8 se vorbea la telefon si striga de la salon
