Great stay!! + As a group of friends we had a great stay! The appartment was very clean and complete with all the things you need. Good lokation and airconditiong. Good value. Fantastic Stay at Apartments Maria! + I had a wonderful experience staying at Apartments Maria in Split. The host, Ivan, was incredibly polite and attentive. He always checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location of the apartments is perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach just a short walk away. It’s an ideal spot for both relaxing and exploring the city. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and extended stay. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone visiting Split – you won’t be disappointed!

best apartment and hospitality in split! + Pulizia, ospitalità, gentilezza, disponibilità tutto top! Siamo stati molto bene! Fortunati a trovare una persona come Ivan che ci ha accolto in modo super gentile! Ci ha dato una grandissima mano anche con gli spostamenti e consigli per un problema alla nostra macchina! Ci ha seguito molto per tutte le nostre esigenze! Veramente una persona speciale! Grazie infinite! Torneremo sicuramente se verremo a Split! Un'abbraccio!

Perfect for a group + The flat is well equipped with two AC units and two boilers, perfect for a group of 4. The kitchen has spices, oil, salts, everything you need to cook which really makes a difference. The table outside was great for relaxing at, and had mosquito coils provided. Ivan was friendly and helpful, we asked for an iron and he brought one over within a few hours. We managed to misplace one of the keys and he was very understanding. A great stay.

+ Хозяин Иван - очень гостеприимный. Все понравилось. Парковка во дворе, не на улице, не надо искать место. 2 этаж, пляж совсем рядом и магазин тоже. − Тупые ножи.

+ Buenas ubicación a 15 minutos caminando de Diocleciano que es donde está todo. Sitio para aparcar propio que es muy importante. Baños nuevos. Aire acondicionado. Personal muy agradable. Tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar en cuanto a ajuar de cocina o baño. − Mobiliario antiguo, especialmente los colchones necesitan cambiarse. Un poco más de luz en la cocina es necesaria también.

+ Our host was extremely helpful, even driving us into the old town and organising a return taxi to the airport on our departure. Good location, near the seafront and 20 minutes stroll to the old town if you follow the scenic coastal path. Apartment was older style but very comfortable and clean, with all amenities working as they should. Good value.

Nice host and comfortable property for a group of 7, although I’d be careful trusting the photos. + The property comfortably housed our group of 7, and common areas were air conditioned. There was a nice terrace. − The first few photos aren’t photos of the property; it is much less modern (you need to see the last photos to get an idea of what it’s liked), so we came in expecting something slightly different. The rooms were not air conditioned.
