We ended leaving and had to book a hotel which is so unfortunate because we paid for this + Nothing − I honestly don’t even know where to start because this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. We booked what was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, and what we got was completely different in every way. The photos on the listing did not match the apartment we were given. The sitting room was totally different — different layout, different furniture, different colour chairs, different table — nothing looked like what we booked. All of this actually mattered because we create content for social media, and the aesthetic was a huge part of why we chose this place. We felt completely misled. But the biggest issue? The “second bedroom” was not even in the same unit. To get to it, you had to leave the apartment, walk out into a public hallway, go down the stairs, and cross over to another separate area. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would recommend it + The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful − There was nothing significant to dislike. Everything was satisfactory.

Verschrikkelijk! + Alleen de locatie − Het was een uitgeleefd appartement, heel vies, veel kapot of niet aanwezig, vieze glazen, borden in de kast, muizenval in het keukenkastje. In de slaapkamer de sperma tegen de ramen omhoog, te ranzig voor woorden. Mijn partner in ik zitten onder de bultjes van de bedwantsen. Matrassen zo slecht dat je in een kuil op de lattenbodem ligt. Het buro waar we de sleutels hebben opgehaald heeft niet gereageerd op onze vraag om a.u.b. iets anders aan te bieden voor de laatste nacht.

6 uren zitten bellen om mijn verblijf recht te zetten, omdat ze hun appartement niet wouden wegeven. + had deze kamer niet kunnen zien omdat het niet beschikbaar was wat 2dekeer overkwam, ze gaven me een andere locatie en een grotere appartement met zeer slechte wifi en moeilijke slot (verslijting) en dan kreeg ik te horen mijn betaling niet inorde was maar het kwam er wel door en gaccepteerd maar ze zeiden dat ze geen geld hadden ontvangen. Met bankafschriften en screenshots bleven ze op hun standpunt. Booking zei tegen hun dat er pending op stond en dat de booking inorde is. Wat ze ook niet accepteerde dan zeiden ze aan telefoon dat ik voor die 1 nacht nog met betalen omdat ik die die appartement zit en de rest van de verblijf geanuleerd word. Dat vond ik heel grappig want die wijken totaal af van wat booking had voorgesteld en dat was allemaal telefonish met 1 of andere dame die rondbelt naar andere kanotren van gmvb. − verwacht veel meer van gmfb
