Really enjoyable and so grateful to the sweet locals and staff who made my stay memorable and cozy. + Liked the shared kitchen area but private rooms even though the rooms were close together. It was the perfect mix of privacy, but if you wanted to, you could easily get to know your neighbour. The pool was lovely and clean and the employees cleaned the terrasses and walkways every day. They were extremely polite and always offered to clean the rooms whenever, as well as stocking up on water and clean towels. As a solo traveller, I was a bit nervous about staying alone, however, the owner of the hotel ensured me that all my needs would be met and that I didn’t have to worry about anything- which was true. Would definitely recommend to both solo travellers and couples! − It is a bit far from the city (3km) and traffic is heavy. However, the drive to the city goes through the jungle, which I thought was very nice and scenic :) And the location is in a more local area, which I did enjoy! …

Pleasant + The property is scenic and as pictured if not a little more worn. − There are no options for food. It is basic to okay standard for Bali for that price. Booking trips through reception is over priced. Location is not wonderful, can't walk for food or shop. Definitely need to get a grab bike/taxi to get to the main area

+ This place is perfect for quiet seekers! And also perfect location if you need to move further around Bali as you’re on the edge of the traffic and you don’t have to spend hours driving through the city rush🥰 The staff was lovely and the place nice, still and clean. − Rating location depends on your preferences. If you’re looking for “peace and quiet”, it’s perfect😍 If you’re looking for a party spot, it’s not for you. You better have a scooter so you can drive to a restaurant as everything is out of hand.

Very nice and quiet stay in Ubud + Very nice place, feels so quiet away from the busy centre. Big pool in the middle of the jungle. Rooms are clean, good A/C, nice terrace. Owners are very sweet and helpful! Scooter rental at the place and overall very good value for money. − Only downside was the kitchen. We were informed that it’s a communal kitchen, showen what we can use (stove, fridge, coffee etc) But there were guests who clearly stay here for a long period and everything we wanted to use was theirs. Felt really uncomfortable going there and trying to cook something unfortunately. Whole kitchen was basically filled with these “residents” stuff, even pots and pans, kettles. Was more their private kitchen than a communal kitchen..

+ L’environnement est magnifique − La chambre est extrêmement humide. Il y a eu des gros orages et l’ensemble de mes affaires étaient humide voir plus. J’ai dû écourté mon séjour (4 jours au lieu de 2 semaines) car je me sentais pas bien dans la chambre. Chambre qui est magnifique quand il fait beau mais très sombre et humide.

お手頃な価格でウブドのローカル生活を味わうなら最高 + ウブド中心部から離れ観光客はほとんどいない、周りはローカル地域の立地でゆっくり過ごすことができます。ローカル地域ですのでレストラン、買い物も観光客向けの店はありませんが、観光客向けのエリアより物価は安いです。宿泊価格を抑えたい、ローカル気分を味わいたいなら十分な宿です。徒歩圏内にランドリーサービスもあります。滞在するにあたっては全く困りませんし、リーズナブルでローカル気分を味わいたいならベストな選択肢ですが、買い物や食事は観光志向を重視するのであれば中心部の安い宿をおすすめします。オーナーはとても親切です。ホテルでレンタルバイクも提供してもらえます。 − 値段相応なのであまり多くは期待しませんが、強いてゆうからシャワーの水圧が弱いことと、部屋に玄関以外の窓がないことでやや開放感には欠けることです。また長期滞在の方などもいるので、キッチンと冷蔵庫が共用てあるためその辺りの気遣いする必要があります。宿泊施設の問題ではありませんが、共用冷蔵庫に入れていた自分の食材がなぜか紛失したりと、その辺りは共用であるがゆえのハプニングもありました。宿周辺には吠えたり、追いかけてきたりする犬といるので、犬が苦手な人は注意が必要です。移動はメインストリートが坂になっていたり、犬も多いのでgrabかバイクがないと自由度は下がります。ホテルのメイン写真はやや映えているので、実際は2割ぐらい下がるというぐらいで認識した方がいいですが、落胆するほどではありません。 自分自身は満足した滞在が出来ましたが、情報のひとつとしてのシェアです。オーナーやスタッフには本当に感謝していす。

+ Staff were lovely and very helpful. Offered to clean the room daily although we didn't need it, also offered to sort laundry for us. Out of the center of Ubud so was nice and quiet, with a lovely relaxing pool. − Not very central for food etc if that is a concern of yours, is about a 20 minute drive to Ubud centre. For us it didn't matter but is worth noting.
