Fantastic stay + Very good location with parking at the door. Everything you need. Including tv, coffee & tea making facilities, iron & ironing board, fan, shower gel & shampoo. Great breakfast selection included in the price. Stayed for 2 nights and they cleaned the room, and made beds after the 1st night. Would definitely stay again. − Nothing

Perfect for single night stay close to family and at a very reasonable price. + Location was perfect for my needs as I was visiting family nearby and the free onsite parking was a bonus. I did not have breakfast as I had to leave early before it was served. The single room was compact but had everything I needed for 1 night. − The tv was ok but was difficult to turn on or change channels, due to very slow response.

Great location, great hosts, good value and a super breakfast. + Paul and Jill the hosts are very welcoming and do a great breakfast. Everything is clean and it's a lovely building. − My window was on a busy road and it was a little noisy but wouldn't stop me staying again. Paul I forgot to say I couldn't change channels on the TV - it was stuck on ITV - so I saw my first ever run of game shows. It needs looking at.
