Exceptional + The room was so beautiful, complete with facilities and I got a room with seaview. It's Very comfortable and enjoyed staying in the room. − Everything about the room is awesome but about the lift, we had to wait 30 minutes just to go down because there are many people and only 3 elevators can be used ... Maybe it's weekend so I understand it so far I really love and enjoyed staying in the room

Exceptional stay! + The location is very convenient. The owner is very friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, the owner has been nothing but helpful in assisting us. The apartment is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and it also provide with a nice city view. Beds are comfortable enough for a restful sleep. The amenities were great. Nice pool to swim and it was serene, facing the sea. In conclusion, our stay at the 95Suites has nothing but positive. It exceeded all my expectations. Cozy accommodation, outstanding amenities and great location made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended! − Elevators are quite slow but this is not a major dislike.

+ Great location. Nice and clean room. Staff is really friendly and they really care that you will have a great stay. − Cold shower. Somethimes wifi didn't work so well. Lifts are a bit slow.

If l can book a sea view room on Booking.com then it should be available or l should get full refund + Nothing − I booked and PAID EXTRA for an apartment with sea view. When we arrived and were shown the apartment, it was a room with no sea view. I was told that there was no sea view apartments left but only city view. I refused the room as it wasn’t what l paid for. The owner didn’t offer any reduction in the price. I then arranged alternative accommodation. I immediately cancelled the booking with Booking.com and requested a full refund. The owner failed to respond to Booking.com and therefore I received no refund.
