Warm welcome to Ubud. + It was a basic, nice and clean. People were just amazing. Agung even went to pick up my umbrella by scooter, just after I told her that I left it in a nearby restaurant. It’s nice to have a breakfast too:) − I wish the room had more light but I spent 2 rainy days there. When sunny, it must be perfect.

Amazing place to stay in ubud 🐒 🌴 + Amazing location and the staff are exceptional! Super close to everything in ubud but nice and quiet peaceful location outside of the busy town. Beautiful little homestay, private room. Comfy beds, would definitely stay again. Staff are happy to help with everything! Breakfast also included every morning! Au calme tout en étant proche du centre + * Emplacement idéal, au fond d’une allée et donc très calme. * À quelques minutes seulement du centre d’Ubud. * Petite structure intimiste avec peu de chambres. * Chambre lumineuse et agréable. * Salle de bain fonctionnelle. * Petites attentions appréciables dans la chambre (étendoir, échantillons, etc.). * Personnel serviable et accueillant. − * J’ai trouvé la literie assez dure pour mon confort personnel et le lit grinçait lorsque l’on bougeait.

+ Bardzo fajne, kameralne miejsce w dobrejlokalizacji. Obiekt znajduje się w spokojnej i cichej okolicy, z dala od zgiełku, a jednocześnie niedaleko głównej ulicy( ok 10 min pieszo), więc wszędzie jest łatwo dotrzeć. Pokój był czysty i wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne — była lodówka, żelazko oraz kosmetyki. Pokoje były codziennie sprzątane. Na terenie obiektu znajduje się również nieduży basen. Śniadania były bardzo dobre, a ich godzina była ustalana indywidualnie, dzięki czemu można było spokojnie dopasować porę do swoich planów. Na miejscu można również wykupić transport na wyspy w dobrej cenie. Korzystaliśmy z tej możliwości i zdecydowanie polecamy — wszystko przebiegło bardzo sprawnie. Nawet o 6 rano pojawiła się pani z obsługi i odprowadziła nas na miejsce, co było bardzo miłe i pokazało, jak troskliwa i pomocna jest obsługa. Comfy and clean apartments in Ubud (I would rebook instantly) + The mattress is so comfy and I especially loved the room with bathroom, hot shower and the balcony on the first floor. We haven't used the pool but the whole location is so beautiful, clean and centtal. The perfect spot to move around Ubud and far away from the noise. Amazing! + Our stay at Saputra Guesthouse was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. From the communication with the team before our arrival to the stay itself, everything was excellent. The room was lovely, comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast every morning was of very good quality. However, the best part of our stay was without a doubt the kindness and attention of the staff. The lovely girl who looked after us most of the days was always attentive to everything we needed, incredibly helpful and genuinely caring. We also really appreciated all the help we received when arranging our transfers, both from the airport to the guesthouse and from the guesthouse to Padang Bai. Everything was organised smoothly and the service was excellent. Saputra Guesthouse truly made our stay in Ubud unforgettable. We felt very welcomed and well looked after throughout our entire stay.
