Hen Weekend Stay + The location is exceptional! The beds are really comfortable, plenty of space for people to be outside, in the living room, in the kitchen. Decorated really well. Lots of lovely little touches across the property to make it feel both homely and luxurious. The booking process was really easy and staff were very attentive if anything was needed, both before and during the stay. Everyone loved the hot tub. The staff put fans in all of the rooms which was very much appreciated as it was extremely hot during our stay. There was tea and coffee left in the kitchen. I booked this stay for my friend's hen party weekend and the staff were really accommodating in terms of splitting the double beds into single beds. − We would have really benefited from a toaster in the kitchen, the conditioner in the bathrooms had been watered down, which was a shame. One of the outside chairs was broken and we booked for nine people and there were only eight chairs around the outside table. T…

Nicely equipped apartment in a fantastic location + It’s a very nicely appointed apartment. Equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub is fantastic, but unfortunately the fairly lights shown in the photos were no longer there. The free luggage storage at Harringtons Hotel is a great service and the staff is amazingly friendly! − The property is 4 stories, so there are a lot of stairs making it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. We were there during an intense heat wave, so the house was incredibly hot, despite the fans.

A special weekend with best friends enhanced by a lovely venue and location . + We loved the size - it took 9 of us comfortably. When I asked for additional towels etc they were sorted out quickly. Great communal space with the rooftop area and hot tub - good social meeting space ! − Nothing

It's as though this house was built for our 2 night girly Bath explore & break . Thank you . + The support by agreement of a nearby hotel : the lady was sooo friendly & welcoming & they housed our luggage happily Liked the decor , liked the tub , the outdoor table , the big larder fridge with ice facility . Great location near to everything . − [ tiny matter of the fairy lights from the advert were not present ]

Would recommend this town house without hesitation. Lots of stairs but it is advertised correctly and a beautiful place + Location, decoration, facilities and customer service excellent.Hot tub superb and private courtyard not overlooked. Bonus for shampoo, conditioner and body wash fluffy towels a nice touch plus kitchen kit. Well worth the the money. Thank you to front of staff at Harrington hotel who were very friendly, helpful and supportive and looked after our luggage until we could get in at 4pm. − Especially hot weekend and the rooms were too hot. Fans were supplied but did not give any respite. Some were more efficient fans and powerful than others. Just to note that one of the lamps was broken on the middle floor bedroom before we got in the place. Tv not working in floor 2 main bedroom which was disappointing.

+ Location was nice − Outside patio area was covered in cigarette buts and some kind of confetti. Mirrors where dirty as was the fridge doors and there was poo stains in the toilet. 2 of the bedrooms had been locked off which I didn't like as even though it was a booking for 2 people the price was the same as if it was the full 7 so all room/ facilities should have been accessible.

+ Great location for the activities we had planned. The place was clean and tidy and beds lovely and comfortable. − A bit of noise late at night from a bar nearby, but still slept ok!

Great central location at good price. + Great central location in town centre close to shops, sights, river and walks. Very clean. Spaces worked well. − Not surprisingly, central location made it noisier! Sofas and beds could be more comfortable. Back patio area certainly my needs some love. No twinkly lights and a couple of almost dead plants.

+ The place is absolutely fantastic, and the location is wonderful. We were able to luggage drop early, and the communication with the host was top notch. − The floors were wet when we arrived which meant we had to keep our shoes on, so the floors got dirty quickly. Not a huge issue, and the only complaint. It's a fantastic place!!!
