+ The staff were so very helpful and friendly, room, bedlinen and bathroom was very clean. − Decoration in the room could do with a touch up, two large dents in the plaster and paintwork.

Wasted opportunity + Lovely building but a wasted opportunity − Just a bit run down. There were about 5 things wrong with the room that would take a handyman 5 mins to fix. It's obviously a money pit and looks like it changes ownership in a regular basis. The guy who gave us our key couldn't have cared less. Oh and they had limited stock for the dinner menu but we were eating out anyway

Een hotel met een pub voor de locals. Zo kom je echt in het land. + Hotel maar tegelijk ook een plaatselijke pub. Zo kom je echt in het land Geen echt ontbijt voorzien (wij houden niet van voorverpakte porridge) maar wel mogelijkheden om zelf een ontbijt te voorzien en veel mogelijkheden om te verorberen.

Tired property in need of some TLC and overpriced for what it is. Could be so much better. + 1. Great location with free parking. 2. Assisted with luggage to our room as no lift. 3. Ensuite was newer so felt cleaner. 4. Water temperature in shower was good. − 1. Stained and pretty grubby carpet in the bedroom. 2. Tired and old bedroom furniture. 3. Wardrobe small and not deep enough to close properly once hangers have clothes on. 4. Only 3 out of the 5 bulbs in the ceiling light worked. 5. No remote control for TV and no way to turn it on (last person took it home?). 6. Signs of an old leak with staining in one corner of the ceiling. 7. Shower cubicle showing signs of mould in a few areas. 8. Very poor water pressure in the shower. 9. The extractor fan in ensuite did not work, with no visible way of switching it on and the amount of dust and cobwebs told us it had most likely either never worked, or never been cleaned.

+ Really great space, perfect for our little family. Amazing to have a little kitchen area too. The play area was great and everything was so convenient. − It would have been great to have had some milk (sachets or similar) to add to tea and less odd broken items in the garden.

Excellent location, potentially very useful but couldn't easily gain entry running late for funera + toiletries. − Cleaning and the maintenance of the apartment. Had to wash up mugs for tea. No bedside light. Very difficult to communicate with any staff. Had had early check in [ 2pm. ] approved but this didn't happen.
