Enjoyable + Very clean apartment. Friendly staff. Large well equipped apartment − Location in Thao Dien is liable to flooding during heavy rain. This blocks off the property until the floods recede

Fantastic stay — easy access, clean, and comfortable! + I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is very spacious, spotless, and beautifully organized. The location is excellent — easy to access and surrounded by delicious street food, cozy cafes, and convenient stores. The parking area is big and hassle-free. Check-in was smooth, and getting to my room was super easy. The bed was so comfortable, and the bed sheets felt fresh and clean. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay — I’d definitely love to come back! − Please notify that you can't accept payment by credit card so I can prepare it.

Really liked the space and view + View of landmark was spectacular. Huge bonus from a budget room. − Air conditioner in bedroom not great, but serviceable. Strong chemical smell on entering room. We were unable to track it down over the stay.

Nice location but it overall could be better + It’s conveniently located near to spa and pickleball courts. − 1) The restaurant beside the property! The music stays on till 10+pm. So if you wanna sleep early and cannot bear with noise, I do not recommend. 2) The towels were old. The edge of the towels were fraying. 3) The shower head holder was spoilt! They responded in half a day and replaced after I’ve feedback. 4) On the last day, realised there was blood stain on the bed sheet below the pillows! Argh!

Nice sejour in thao dien, ho chi minh + Excellent service for the price. The surface of the appartment is great. Air conditioning available and many small things, like shower accessories, washing machine, equiped kitchen, connected tv. Of course the location was aligned with our planned activities. A plus with the proximity of the metro line #1.
