Exceptional + modern, recently renovated apartments, good communication with the owner, excellent location, close to the central square, where buses stop in all directions, Lazne 5, pedestrian street, 5 minutes at a slow pace to the garden colonnade. Everything was conducive to a comfortable rest.

Wonderful two-week stay in Karlovy Vary + The property itself exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very spacious and clean with high ceilings and modern decor throughout the unit. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances (fridge, freeezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker that can be used with tassimo pods), pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. You share the washer and the dryer with another unit, but it did not cause any inconvenience during out two-week stay. The owner was always a call/message away and very responsive. The location is central and very convenient with great unobstructed views from the living room. − One major drawback in our case was the lack of the elevator. The unit is located on the third floor (it is called second in Europe, but is in fact the third), and the high ceilings mean even more steps to climb, which can be a challenge for some guests. We would also suggest updating the bedding as quality of the pillows and the blank…

+ Большая площадь квартиры. Светлые аппартаменты. Много шкафов и мест для вещей − Нет биде или гигиенического душика. В ванной нет крючков для полотенец и халата. Договорились об уборке за доп. плату, но никто так и не пришел

Все было отлично + Проживали две недели в апартаментах, все было чисто и комфортно, цена соответствует качеству, прекрасное месторасположение, отзывчивый хозяин. Спасибо будем приезжать еще.

+ Квартира хорошо расположена , чистая , просторная . Правда пришлось перемыть всю посуду но там есть посуда моющая машина . Все было идеально . Я бы еще раз вернулся . − Я бронировал квартиру на себя одного . У меня приходили гости , это нормально когда ты снимаешь квартиру принимать гостей . Моя подруга из Праги не смогла у меня остановится так как хозяин потребовал 50€ . Мы были в шоке . В итоге она не остановилась. Какой то бред . Затем он стал в личные сообщения мне писать и требовать 30€ . Я связался с службой поддержки booking.com но мне так никто и не ответил до сих пор
