Beautiful hotell with excellent service + Amazing place with a great view over Parangtritis beach from above. excellent service and really nice personell. The owner Alfa was very pleasant and offered super service, well spoken in english and so nice. The place was beautiful.

B&B relatively close to the ocean with welcoming staff + Super helpful staff, going out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The property is on top of the rather steep hill, so the hotel was delivering dinner and breakfast for us and providing transportation down the hill. Because of the limited number of guests, had a plunge pool with ocean view for myself most of the time. The place is good for simple, quiet rest close to the nature (like friendly geckos in the room😀). − The beach is not well kept and the buggy rides are allowed. If you require 5-star hotel comfort features, this place is probably not for you.

The property was nicely built and the views were great. − The place was not so well maintained, the rooms were not very clean, we found animals droppings in the rooms. If the place was better cleaned and maintained, we would love to recommend the place.

Very nice place to escape the hazzle of the city but only 30 minutes drive from there + Great place. Love the view to the ocean and the sound of the waves and the lush garden. Staff was exceptional friendly and attentive. The matress is very comfortable. Slept so well.

+ Love watching the ocean and coastline from the roof terasse at sunset. The huge Joglo Living room with the glass doors/walls and traditional wooden structure is a nice place to relax during the day, whilest enjoying the ocean breeze. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a big private terasse. There is a Lush garden. We were welcomed by friendly staff. Thank Yono and Sri for taking such good care of us. Will definitely see you again for a longer stay next time.

De Fantastisch Oase + De Villa zelf. We kregen eerst een kamer op de begane grond gekregen. De kamer op zich was prima alleen de airco(AC) hing precies boven het bed en begon in de nacht te lekken. Dus de eerste nacht was minder. De volgende dag kregen we een nieuw kamer toegewezen op de boven verdieping. En daar is onze oase. Alleen verblijft een andere bewoner daar, 'de Tokeh'(een Iguaan) die in de nacht steeds 'Tokeh...Tokeh' gilde...😅 tsjaa... Maar in dit verblijf waren we echt tot rust gekomen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel. Een Oase na de hete Parangtritis (het strand), weg van de drukte van verkeer... kortom heerlijk😍 We kregen ook een motorfiets te leen zolang we daar verbleven😍, dat was echt fantastisch. Onze tijd in Parangtritis was boven onze verwachting geweest. − De weg naar het verblijf zit vol gaten. De helmen bij de motor waren kapot. De waterdruk viel weg bij de douche, omdat ergens anders tegelijkertijd ook water gebruikt werd om de planten water te geve…

Private Villa paling recomended buat menginap di Parangtritis + Villa ini penuh kenangan, tempat yang asyik dan private buat menginap. Bisa melihat lau lepas sembari menikmati jazuci dan duduk santai melihat indahnya laut lepas. Stafnya sangat ramah ada mas Jono dan Mb Rara staf yg benar2 baik dan ramah. Pertama kali menginap 2020 dan sekarang saya kembali lagi ketemu lagi dengan mas Jono dan mb Rara sangat menyenangkan. Pokoknya private villa the best di Parangtritis. Very recomanded. 1 lagi kasurnya sangat nyaman. − Ruang tamu sebaiknya perlu dipasang AC karena cuaca sekarang ini lebih panas dari sebelumnya

La villa est très cool et authentique mais le village et la plage sont pas très attirante, beaucoup de plastique + Le personnel très typique très humain nous on même preter leur scoot personnel toujours souriant , ambiance chill familial et calme − Les chambre prenne de l’âge, la douche sans pression et pas très chaude le miroir et lavabo un peu rouiller mais prenne soin de nettoyer , ça sens bon

beautiful serene garden escape + The villa itself is beautiful and like a garden, breakfast was delicious and the staff were so helpful! There is a beach nearby good for walking and the city nearby was beautiful. The room we stayed in was big and there were many communal sitting areas in the villa as well as a small pool on the second floor. I really adored the layout and the building and the kind staff.
