Great service and comfort - thank you for a lovely family holiday + Room was very clean well maintained and beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a great stay. − Parking was a little tricky when it was full but fine when it was mostly free

Very disappointed 😞 − The aircon did work and due to this we were downgraded to a smaller room could have been cleaner, there were used dish cloths under the sink

Wouldn't stay again + Location − The TV didnt work at all they changed rooms for us. There was tea and coffee provided but milk at all. The bed was meant to be queen but was a double and it was super uncomfortable and there were no extra blankets so we had to strip the single beds and use the blankets from them. There was also alot of black mould in the bathroom
