It’s really nice to return to at the end of the day! + Warm welcome, homely atmosphere, spacious room and bed, great furnishings, excellent easy-to-operate shower, very pleasant outside space. − One tiny bit of feedback: a small shelf in the bathroom for wash bag /toiletries would be useful but not essential

Very good experience + The room was exceptionally clean, and I loved how big the room was. The access to the patio was a bonus too. − The first shower I had was cold as hot water didn't seem to be connected. But the next shower next morning was perfect.

Family overnight stay + The location was perfect as we were visiting family in Lutterworth. Lovely host. Prefect rooms. Bed was so comfy and the pillows were excellent. Great over night stay. − It was exceptional. Great little place.

A conveniently located, friendly and well run B&B with a wonderful host. + It was clean and well presented. Comfortable, clean spacious rooms located right in the heart of the town. Monica, the host, was friendly, super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Our three rooms were at the back of the house and were very quiet, and these are the best ones to ask for. Breakfast was home cooked and served in a pleasant breakfast room.

A very comfortable, quiet, clean room with a lovely bathroom. + It was pretty central and a very comfortable, clean room. As it was at the back of the property it was reasonably quiet as well. − I did get an email at about 11am on the day with instructions on how to access our key and enter the property. This was a bit late and we were travelling. When we arrived we had to have a telephone conversation which was difficult as the property is on a busy, noisy road.

The lady was lovely and had sorted my room sobb by there was synthetic bedding as I’m allergic to feathers and down + Quiet room plenty of space − On a busy road so no direct parking, but not really an issue
