Really great accommodation, super friendly people and great breakfast! + Clean and tidy, friendly staff and great location. Good breakfast too! Porter service to let you in after closing. − Brewery delivery on the morning so that woke us up early. Our air conditioning wouldn’t seem to work which made the room stuffy, it was too noisy to have the window open. Only two tea bags and enough milk for two drinks (one each), need more really.

Fabulous + Great location and comfy room. Staff excellent and extremely helpful. Breakfast was fabulous as was the coffee. Would use again. Staff went way beyond to be accommodating.

Hotel in guter Lage + Das Hotel liegt zentral zwischen 2 U-Bahn Stationen, so dass man alle wichtigen Punkte sehr einfach erreichen kann. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, das Frühstück englisch - alles ok. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, das Personal hilft aber gerne beim Transport des Gepäcks in das Zimmer.

Central, clean and comfortable. + Spotless, clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly. Easy to walk into Covent Garden area. Near a few tube stations and a short walk away from Euston Station. − Busy area so some street noise but no bad considering you are above a pub. Would not put me off coming back.

hôtel bien placé mais attention au glissade dans la salle de bain. + l'emplacement de l'établissement est optimum pour la découverte de la ville. Sa proximité du british muséum est à souligner. − La chambre était située au deuxième étage, accessible par un escalier assez raide par endroit. la salle de bain bien que récente présente des risques de chutes avec son sol carrelage qui peut de révéler glissant (cela a été le cas)
