Wir können dieses Appartement nicht weiterempfehlen. + Modern eingerichtetes, sauberes Appartement. Einige einfache Restaurants und Bars sind in der Nähe. − Wir haben um ein zweites kleines Handtuch gebeten, wir wurden informiert, dass das nicht zur Ausstattung gehört. Als wir nach dem aufgelisteten Kaffee- und Teezubehör fragten, sagte man uns, dass diese Angabe sich auf die Kaffeemaschine bezieht. Den Espresso Kocher haben wir nicht genutzt, da er nicht sauber war.

Der Aufenthalt war OK − Den Code für das Zimmer bekam ich erst kurz vor Benutzung des Appartements. Ich wurde per email benachrichtig, dass dafür ein online-check-in zu machen ist . Dem email war aber kein Formular beigefügt um die Anmeldung einfach zu machen. Daher war die Freigabe kompliziert (Anrufe beim Vermieter, weitere emails). Statt für jede Person ein einzelnes Formular auszufüllen sollte ein Formular für alle drei Personen genügen.

Een te duur appartement op een prima locatie + De locatie is prima. Alles op loopafstand − Wij zaten in het appartrment met het stapelbed wat pas na boeken voor mij zichtbaar was. Op geen enkele foto in de galerij komt het stapelbed voor… En voor iemand van 1,90 meter is het veel te klein. De ramen zien er niet uit, de gordijnen passen niet (zijn niet breed genoeg), deur van douche klemt en kan daardoor niet helemaal open. Je krijgt 1 handdoek per persoon voor 3 nachten. Er wordt aangegeven 45 minuten voor de schoonmaak in te calculeren en dat is zichtbaar… kortom het is oke maar voor de betaalde prijs zwaar beneden de maat…

Sehr gute Lage, sehr schönes Appartment! + Die Wohnung war sehr schön sehr zentral und ohne Schlüssel nur mit Code sehr gut ! Der Gastgeber hat uns früher herein gelassen, alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Buena ubicación y precio pero un poco ruidoso + Bastante cerca del casco antiguo y de la zona del Guggenheim. Bien equipado y camas cómodas pero las almohadas eran muy finitas. − Mucho ruido de la calle, ya que hay bares justo abajo. Cuando la gente sube por las escaleras se escucha todo y encima la gente tiene 0 educación, subiendo a las 6 de la mañana tras salir de fiesta sin ningún tipo de cuidado y silencio. La tostadora al encenderla hace que salten los plomos y se vaya la luz. El agua caliente tarda bastante en salir, pero finalmente sale y todo bien.

Mi sono sentita male,perché le foto che abbiamo visto sul sito non corrispondono alla realtà. + Mi dispiace, ma vorrei chiarire meglio la situazione perché forse non sono riuscita a spiegarmi. Il letto matrimoniale che ci aspettavamo era in realtà un divano letto, che abbiamo trovato chiuso e che abbiamo dovuto aprire e preparare noi. Quando l’ho aperto, ho trovato una quantità impressionante di peli sul materasso, al punto da farmi venire da vomitare. Una volta aperto, inoltre, il materasso era completamente affossato al centro: quando ci siamo sdraiati siamo praticamente sprofondati in un buco. È stato davvero vergognoso. La camera è molto piccola e la pulizia è stata scarsissima, nonostante avessimo fatto presente che viaggiavamo con due ragazzi allergici e che per noi la pulizia era una cosa fondamentale. Sinceramente, siamo rimasti senza parole. Per quello che abbiamo pagato e per gli standard che ci si aspetta oggi, una situazione del genere è assolutamente inaccetta…

Die Unterkunft war angenehm. − Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr schlecht. Obwohl ich einige Woche vorher angefragt habe ob alles in Ordnung ist und keine Rückmeldung erhielt, hatten wir keinen Schlüssel.

− La reserva era para 10 huéspedes, de esos 6 tenian que dormir en sofá cama. Al llegar no estaban abiertos y por lo tanto, las camas no estaban hechas (este aspecto nos parecio regular). A parte, los sofas cama son realmente incómodos. Por otro lado, la cafetera nespresso no funcionaba bien y no pudimos tomar café. El resto todo perfecto.

+ Buena ubicación − El personal se portó muy mal. Al encender el seca ropas se bajó la llave general y debimos pasar toda la noche sin luz. Intentamos comunicarnos con la empresa pero no hubo respuesta, y al parecer había un número de emergencias pero no fue brindado. Luego de toda la noche, a las 9 de la mañana vinieron a solucionar la luz y volvió a saltar la llave, por lo que confirmo que las instalaciones eléctricas no funcionan bien. Frente a todo esto, nos comunicamos con respeto con la empresa pero no compensaron la pésima estadía de ninguna forma. Más allá de esto, el apartamento es muy pequeño, casi sin ventilación, y se debe subir un piso por escalera. No suelo ser exquisita a la hora de elegir alojamiento pero este no merece la pena.

Appartement très bien situé et accueillant + Bien décoré, tout le confort nécessaire à porter de main comme par exemple la machine à laver, la table à repasser − Beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir de l’immeuble, la porte d’entrée qui claque fort, les murs sont fins et la porte de la chambre aussi. Le lit est d’ailleurs juste devant la porte donc petit bémol

Disappointing stay + Good Location close to coffee shops & walkable attractions − We stayed in 13 places similar to this during our tour across France & Spain and this was the only one we were extremely disappointed with. The apartment was next to the entrance and was so loud this stopped us from sleeping. We slept in the room but the noise from the entering guests was unbearable and we then moved onto the sofa bed in the lounge which over looked the exterior entrance and we heard guests trying to find their entry codes often loud & intoxicated. Our night was unbearable and we left extremely tired. Disappointing the management allowed groups of youngsters to use the buildings. Shower also broken
