Nice host- good location + Nice room, super friendly host. Provided a nice breakfast in the mornings and packed us the leftovers to take with us for the day. Comfy beds! Lots of good gelato shops in the area

It felt more like we were staying with a distant relative than at a B&B! + The rooms were spacious and Flavia was a fantastic host! All of the amenities were wonderfully laid out and easy to use. Flavia was very quick to respond to our questions and accommodated requests as best she could. Flavia spoke many languages, so even when English was not the best form of communication, we could still find ways to communicate! − There was nothing we did not like!

Must stay! + The location is incredible! 15 min walk to Colosseum. Google said 40 mins to Trevi Fountain but our walk there absolutely flew by due to all the amazing sites to see so that was an easy distance away too. Facilities are lovely & Claudia (host) is very kind & welcoming. She provides a beautiful breakfast every morning, with a variety of items & shares tips & general conversation. Will book here again for future trips to Rome!

Un soggiorno perfetto, come sentirsi a casa nel cuore di Roma + Struttura in un’ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro Circo Massimo, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente tutto il centro di Roma. Nonostante la vicinanza al centro, la zona è molto tranquilla e non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore esterno. La camera era accogliente, pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere tutte e tre le sorelle, Claudia, Flavia e Silvia: gentilissime e disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire davvero come a casa. Ogni mattina ci hanno preparato la colazione e ci hanno dato indicazioni e consigli molto utili per visitare Roma. Vi ringraziamo di cuore per l’accoglienza!
