Excellent space, the villa manager was also so accommodating from check in to check out requests, being super flexible. + The property was walking distance to the main spots in the area, but also far away enough that remains quiet and no noise from the busy roads. The openness of the common space area was a nice place to relax after a long day exploring − N/A

Heerlijk genoten, goede en zeer behulpzame host samen met haar crew + D rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van alle drukte die je je maar kunt wensen − Badkamer, douchen in een bad is niet handig. Mijn tip, haal het bad eruit en maak er een mooie douche van. Verder alles keurig

Beautifully located Villa, would absolutely come back here again. + The location of the villa was incredible, so close to one of the main strips in Seminyak. The staff were so lovely and kind, really made the stay comfortable and clean. − The bathrooms could use a bit of a refresh, the shower curtains were quite dirty, and same with the kitchen. Bit of a deep clean and a refresh would be perfect for this place to get it 100%.

Great place to arrive in Bali and get organised for other trips + The privacy and quiet location was what appreciated the most. The kids loved the pool. The location was away from all the hustle and bustle. The host and locals were super friendly and helpful. − Cleaning could have been a bit better eg toothbrush cups. The walk to the beach was 30 minutes

+ nothing − we had water down the wall dripping into PowerPoint, cleaner fixed with extension cords. other bedroom had cockroaches roaming around . internet access very poor at times non-existent lasted days.rug in lounge area full of holes.

Did not enjoy it. + Checking out − The issues, bed full of ants, shower would cut out after like a minute or 2, aircon in the other room would leak down the wall into a power socket. The bathrooms stunk! Outside you would get a bad smell from the corner of the pool room. The pillows had moulds, the beds were extremely uncomfortable

Disappointing − The property was quite run down and did not resemble the photographs. We were very disappointed and booked another villa for 4 days to get the luxury we were expecting. The whole property needs renovating/refreshing. The bathrooms stank of damp and we had many cockroaches and spider. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t enough for us. Just needs some love and care on the property

+ Good communication with the manager Asti before our arrival organizing our airport pick up etc. The villa is in a good location, 15 min walk to the beach and 10 min walk to the Seminyak Square centre. I would recommend to go down to the beach to watch the sunset! The Villa is super cute, nice pool and hang out area. The beds are comfy, The bathroom does need some work, especially the bath but the price for the Villa is perfect for what you get :)
