Great location, friendly staff but could do with an overall makeover. + Location, balcony, swimming pool − We had to keep asking every day about clean towels and room service water. They even ran out of water. No key for the safe. Door didn’t close. Shower didn’t drain . No internet connection

Un pedacito de Bali en medio de Bali + El ambiente místico y la luz durante el dia es espectacular. Bien ubicado. Desayuno bueno − La limpieza de los baños... pero eso es algo altamente solucionable... todo lo demás ok

Lieu très agréable et calme avec un personnel à l’écoute et flexible + Le personnel était très agréable, le lieu est calme et très propre, le petit déjeuner est bon et il y a du choix. Disponibilité à toute heure avec une bonne réactivité et la localisation est idéale avec aucun bruit de la ville malgré le trafic très important de ubud − En fonction de la chambre la salle de bain peut etre petite

Pessimo, struttura decadente, poco curata e sporca + La posizione centrale − Camere fatiscenti, vecchie, sporche da rinnovare assolutamente. Illuminazione della camera pessima, una sola lampada per leggere per 2 comodini. Colazione impresentabile, servita sul tavolino fuori dalla camera. Entrata della struttura attraverso un vicoletto che passa all’interno di abitazioni private e un tempietto. Valutata 4 stelle da Booking, non ne vale neanche 2

+ La atención de la dueña. Su buena predisposición para cambiarme de habitación por los ruidos. Hizo un Upgrade y no me cobró extra. La habitación bien, espaciosa. El baño bien. La cama muy cómoda. Esta bien ubicada y ellos tienen de todos los servicios que necesites a buen precio. − El lugar está venido abajo. Las instalaciones en general falta mantenimiento. Esta rodeada de casa familiares donde tienen gallos, hay muchos.
