− No water... very very low water pressure for shower... No wifi / internet in the room....AC was set on very high temperature so that it can't cool the room properly feel very sweaty... No lights in the room, half side of the room doesn't have the lights, we ask them to change the bulbs constantly but they keep on promise for the next day but tomorrow never came..... Breakfast was really very bad, not a single person attend the counter....very expensive.. Only looks good in photos... So Bad experience.

+ We zijn met 5 personen 5 nachten en 6 dage verbleven in het Erdem Hotel. Op de familiekamer. Het personeel is super behulpzaam en aardig. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding niks op aan te merken. Precies gelegen aan het strand. Het restaurant onder het hotel is van dezelfde eigenaar en ook daar is de service en het eten super. Wij willen het personeel van het Erdem hotel bedanken voor alle hulp, informatie en leuke gesprekken. Bedankt voor deze vakantie in Konyaalti Antalya.

A fuir + Proximité de la plage − L'hygiène à revoir... Les sanitaires, la douche , tout à refaire.. Comment peut-on trouver ce genre d'établissement sur Booking ???? Cafards, draps et serviettes sales.. Le dessous du lit n'a jamais été nettoyé... Le bruit la nuit jusqu'au matin. Ma question est : Comment peut-on trouver des notes supérieures à une étoile... À fuir. Vraiment déçu de mon séjour...

Excellent Hotel and Amazing Staff + We had a wonderful stay with our family. The hotel was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. + La ubicación − El hotel daba grima. No estaba cuidado y la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Las vistas de la ventana eran al patio interior donde estaban las máquinas de clima del aire acondicionado. El desayuno malísimo. La playa además por el día no está mal, pero por la noche está llena de mendigos, y en la zona hay gente peculiar. No lo recomiendo.

Tres días en habitación familiar . + La habitación familiar ,con dos estancias de buen tamaño .Tiene nevera y aire acondicionado . Enfrente cruzando la carretera está la playa . − El baño no estaba en muy buen estado ,las sábanas con manchas ,las toallas estropeadas es poco ,se rajaban . Hay que indicar que te limpien la habitación . El ascensor a veces no funciona . La habitación no está bien insonorizada , oíamos todas las noches la música de la terraza de la playa . La limpieza muy justa ,dejan fumar dentro de las habitaciones. Poco inglés o nada, utilizando traductor .

Do not waste your money + The location was close to the beach − This hotel was very hot. There was no air conditioning in the lobby, but the front desk staff was friendly. The entire hotel smells heavily of cigarette smoke, so if you have lung issues I highly do not recommend. The room key was so beat up I almost couldn’t put it in the room slot to get power. The room was 30°c and the air conditioning was very slow and kept shutting off. There was cardboard on the windows and the bathroom doorknob just fell off. The bed was dirty and hard as a rock. The whole room smelled of smoke and the furniture was cheap. Because of the heavy smoke smell, I couldn’t stay the two nights due to health issues. I was offered another room, but the whole hotel was too smoky and hot. I did not get a refund, but it was worth it to not stay there.

+ Единственный плюс у этого отеля это первая линия. − Парень на ресепшене не знает ни русского, ни английского языка. За кодом вай-фай мне пришлось спускаться три раза с третьего этажа. Он почему-то вводил мне код самостоятельно и в момент поднятия на третий этаж вай-фай пропадал бесследно. В комнате ужасно воняло застарелым сигаретным дымом, а на столе стояла грязная пепельница. Когда я сказала об этом парню, он жестами показал, что дым тянет с улицы, поэтому в комнатах есть запах. Ну и конечно же грязные разводы от тряпки на полу, отсутствие какого либо крана в душевой, кроме поливалки под потолком и в целом упадочное состояние номера. И все это можно вытерпеть за 25-30 долларов, но никак не за 80! В общем, испорченный день, ночь... Куча негативных эмоций. За "завтрак" Даже не хочу писать. Это было закономерное продолжение общего вайба.
