Great location and property, would stay again! + Great location. Very near tube station, grocery and coffee shops. Lift to top floor. Nicely furnished and clean. Air conditioned. Very generous bathrooms − Could have used a few extra towels and bath mats Needs to be stocked with kitchen towels and Fairy liquid and sponge for handwashing dishes when there are two few to run the dishwasher

Good value in a good peaceful position between the City and West End + Very good value for the position and the size. − There is no way of leaving suitcases either before or after the stay as there are no staff on site (except for cleaning). The decoration is a bit soulless and the supplies are very mean (in comparison to similar apart hotels in and around the City of London)

very disappointing and uncomfortable − Very disappointing stay, would not recommend. ● Multiple dirty spots throughout the apartment. ● We had to replace the dirty bed sheets ourselves. They already had visible stains when we arrived. ● The shower drain was partially blocked, causing the bathroom to flood every time we showered. Water spread across the bathroom floor and leaked into the hallway. ● Someone entered our apartment without our permission while the three of us girls were inside. This was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a serious violation of our privacy and safety. ● Poor communication throughout our stay. ● There is no option to leave your luggage at the accommodation, which was very inconvenient. ● Our complaints were not taken seriously. ● We were initially offered only 10% compensation. This was later increased to 12%, but they refused to offer any further compensation despite the seriousness and number of issues we experienced. Overall, a very disappoi…

דירה גדולה ויפה במקום יחסית מרכזי. יש לשפר את המזרונים ואת השירות. + דירה גדולה, 2 חדרי שינה, 2 מקלחות ושני שירותים, מטבח גדול וסלון גדול, מכונת כביסה. − המזרונים לא נוחים, השירות לא טוב, אין תמיד מענה בטלפון, ואם צריך לתקן משהו המענה הוא כ24-48 שעות מרגע הפניה. שהינו בדירה שבועיים וניקו אותה רק פעם אחת. נאלצנו לבקש ניירות טואלט, החלפת מגבות וטבליות למדיח, במקום שהנושא יתוחזק באופן עצמאי על ידי המפעיל של הדירה.

+ The location was good and close to Chancery underground station. The area appeared to be safe and there were grocery and bars close by. The apartment was spacious by Central London standards − Overall a great experience. The cloth heater in the guest bathroom did not work. The bed was too soft which we didn't like. But that's a personal preference

Ottimo appartamento visitare Londra! + Posizione ottima, metro e bus nelle immediate vicinanze. Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento con 2 camere e 2 bagni. Nel complesso appartamento moderno, confortevole e silenzioso. Cucina ben accessoriata. Market nelle vicinanze − Il letto era scomodo, i materassi affondandavano. A nostro avviso sono assolutamente da cambiare. Nonostante questo consigliato!!
