    Pleasant stay thank you + The staff was helpful and friendly and the manager speaks english if you have any problems as to speak to her very kind.And the location is very good.There's a shop nearby where you can get alcohol and food for cheap.So really convenient

    Ask for receipt! + Good value for Hanoi and quit location. − The staff was nice, but when i wanted to leave at 3 am for the airport, the young man at reception said i havent paid. i paid 2 days ago the pretty girl at reception in cash. When i ask for a receipt she said not necessary because it would be noticed in the system. So make absolutly sure they give you a receipt when paying by cash.

    + Location was good. − The room was dirty, moldy, there were a lot of bugs. Bathroom didn't look clean at all, showerhead was completely broken and all the water from bathtub emptied on bathroom floor, so it was flooded after every shower.
