    Exceptional + really nice and beautiful apartment with good outside garden − it would be good to have a washing machine for a people how is staying for a long term, otherwise all is perfect

    Great value, a few inconveniences + Kitchen is great. Everything is super clean. Location is near everything important. Neighborhood is quiet. − TV is not Smart and very small, considering the distance from the bed. It requires a cable and even then you're better off just watching on a laptop in bed. Hot water pressure is low, a bit difficult to shower comfortably. Apartment is at ground floor, so windows peek directly at the sidewalk. A bit uncomfortable.
