+ La ubicación es buena. Cerca de supers, bares, restaurantes y tiendas. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Igual que el frigorífico. La cama buena también. − El apartamento está en un edificio muy viejo.

Great location with a convenient parking space + We had a very pleasant stay at Magnolia Luxury Apartments. The location and parking were excellent for us, especially as we were travelling by car. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was convenient. Toni was a friendly and punctual host who gave us useful information about Split. Overall, a very good choice for a short stay in Split. − The bed could have been a little more comfortable

Pulita e centrale, ma pessima gestione. + Centrale, pulita e moderna − Abbiamo atteso oltre un ora il gestore che non rispondeva a telefono. Ci aveva indicato le ore 15 come orario per check-in. Ci ha risposto alle 16. Peccato per la struttura centralissima e pulita, ma siamo rimasti sotto il sole per un ora.

Would stay again for a short duration. + The location was perfect for exploring the historic centre. The apartment was very clean, and we were especially grateful for how well the air conditioning worked, given the heat wave during our stay. The host was also very communicative before we arrived and arranged for a family member to meet us and let us into the apartment early. That was a huge help and much appreciated, especially given how hot it was that day. Will also mention that the unit is on ground level, so no stairs at all to deal with which is so unusual for Croatia houses! − We only stayed overnight as a stop between cities and a flight, and the apartment was perfect for that purpose. It had everything we needed for a short stay. If we had stayed longer, the very small kitchenette and lack of a view through the frosted window might have been more of an issue. But for an overnight stay, it worked perfectly.

+ 便利なロケーションで2泊するには問題ない施設でした。スプリトの夏は暑いので部屋に冷蔵庫があるのはとても良かったです。部屋も十分なスペースがあり快適でした。 − 好みの問題ですがベッドが合わなかったです。若干場所が分かり難いのでチェックインの案内の際にもう少し場所の詳細を教えて欲しかったです。

+ Lage ist top, direkt mit dem Taxi zu erreichen, am Rand der Fußgängerzone Altstadt. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum und an der Promenade am Meer. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch das Gepäck noch lagern lassen nach der Check-Out-Zeit bis wir weiter gefahren sind. Zimmer hatte alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Top

Estancia de lujo en Split + El apartamento ha sido perfecto para nuestra estancia de 4 noches. Es recogido pero tiene todo lo necesario. Muy limpio. La ubicación es inmejorable. A 5 minutos del centro andando, en una zona súper tranquila. Toni e Iván, una maravilla de anfitriones. Han estado disponibles para todas nuestras necesidades, dudas, preguntas etc. Excelente, así da gusto. Además el último día Toni se ha hecho cargo de las maletas hasta la hora de salir al aeropuerto, con la ventaja que eso supone, de poder disfrutar el día libremente, ya que salíamos por la noche. Por tanto, lo recomiendo totalmente! − Me ha gustado en general todo.
