Average rating + The rooms were clean and the room service was also fast. It was a pleasant stay. − The restaurant food was average but the behaviour of the restaurant staff was of double standard. Every guest was not treated equally. Don't want to name any person but it was a bit unprofessional.

Good Stay + Great staff. Nand Lal ji from the restaurant ensured I got fresh food suitable for fasting. The General Manager Bagh ji was very helpful in securing accommodation and meals for our driver as well.

Needs a lot of pulling up + The property is really good, lawns well landscaped and maintained. Cottages well designed. Location good. Rahul who comes in as a foot massager was very nice, Prabhu at reception very helpful. − The staff though friendly need a lot of training. Extra bed was not available, mattresses were put on floor, bed linen was dirty and cups chopped. Glasses were delivered not on a tray but put on tray with fingers dunked in! Not a great place for senior citizens or the specially abled. Staff at restaurant told our 87 old mother to get her tea from the counter! Lastly the food was terrible specially the breakfast. A lot of improvement is required to make this great property into awesome.

Not recommended for solo female travelers + location − The staff, safety for solo female travelers. The staff is not trained and made me feel uncomfortable with their behavior . STRICTLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS. LACK Of flexibility with food options may also be an issue, if one has dietary restrictions.

+ We liked the evening cultural programme, hight Tea and facilities like badminton court and swimming pool. The outside area was pleasing. Room size was good. − The breakfast was poor with limited options. Restaurant food was not tasty and the chicken was hard and stale. Location was not good with no good view and overall it is too expensive and not value for money. TV connectivity was bad and we had to contact the service team a few times even for extra glasses. There was no hot water ecen during the morning time and we were there during peak winters.

Nice place but could be improved + The property is nice and well mantained. Staff were friendly and supportive − A little noisy due to parties taking place. Also, we requested an extra bed and were given a mattress to be placed on the floor, so we had to sleep all together

+ Staff behaviour was good. Room was comfortable. Nice place to stay.Open area for kids to play and Enjoy.Food was good. Nice weather, zero pollution. − Better food options are needed. No bakery items in food menu. If some is travelling with kids who donot eat convention chapati and Vegetables this could be a problem. No bakery availability is a challenge even basic things like Cake, pastries, Pav, Pizza were not available.

Our stay was memorable as property is in the midst of nature and has a plenty of open space, lawn. + All the Staff was courteous specially manager and Mr. Das. The meals were sumptuous and the evening tea and snacks were the cherry on top.
